Claims (1)
- 800℃以上に予熱して使用する連続鋳造用浸漬ノズルであって、
炭素含有量が25質量%以上の炭素質材料からなるシート部材を、ノズル本体壁面内部にノズル内孔と同心にインサートし、
前記シート部材を電気的絶縁体により被覆して、ノズル本体を構成する材料と電気的に絶縁してサーマルショックによるノズルの割れ防止を可能としたことを特徴とする連続鋳造用浸漬ノズル。
