Description
まず、図2は、ユニットセルが平面配列式の並列連結構造をしている点が、図1の構造と異なる。図2を参照すると、第3ユニットセル300は、負極端子310がユニットセルの上端にくるように配列されており、第4ユニットセル400も同様に、第3ユニットセル300の一側面に接しながら、負極端子410が上端にくるように配列されている。したがって、第3ユニットセル300の負極端子310と第4ユニットセル400の負極端子410は、電極リード360に溶接などの方法で結合し、同様に、第3ユニットセル300の正極端子320と第4ユニットセル400の正極端子420も、電極リード362に結合することになる。その結果、第3ユニットセル300と第4ユニットセル400が平面配列され、並列方式で連結された構造の電池セルとなる。
Claims (9)
- 二次電池であって、
両側が同じ電極からなるスタック型構造の小型電極組立体(バイセル)又は、両側が異なる電極からなるスタック型構造の小型電極組立体(フールセル)を、長い分離膜シートを介在させて複数の前記バイセル又は複数の前記フールセルを積層させた構造の二以上のセル(ユニットセル)を備えてなり、
前記ユニットセルが、一つの電池ケースに内蔵されており、前記ユニットセルが、両方の側端部から突出した二つ以上の電極端子を有し、前記電極端子が連結された状態で積層配列構造を形成しながら一つの収納部に装着されてなり、
前記ユニットセルは、両方の側端部にそれぞれ二つの電極端子が形成され、それぞれのユニットセルの各側端部に形成された前記電極端子が、同じ極を有するか、もしくはそれぞれのユニットセルの各側端部に形成された前記電極端子が、異なる極を有するものであり、前記ユニットセルは、同じ極を有する電極端子同士が隣接するように、厚さ方向に積層されてなり、かつ、前記ユニットセルの、同じ極を有する前記電極端子が、両方の側端部で互いに結合されてなることによって、前記ユニットセルが、並列方式で連結された構造を有するものであることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記ユニットセルが、所定個数のバイセルからなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記バイセルの数が、3〜30個である、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースが、金属層及び樹脂層を含むラミネートシートからなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースが、アルミニウムラミネートシートからなるパウチ形ケースである、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ユニットセルのうち一つのユニットセルが、分離膜シートが長く延びており、その分離膜シートの剰余部で残りのユニットセルを包んだ状態で熱融着されてなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池が、大容量電池である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池を単位電池として複数個備えてなる、中大型電池モジュール。
- 請求項8に記載の中大型電池モジュールを一以上と、その電池モジュールの作動を制御する制御部とを備えてなる、中大型電池パック。
