Claims (9)
- 被支持体(3)が支持される軸受スリーブ(2)を有し、その軸受スリーブ(2)が軸受箱(4)によって取り囲まれているすべり軸受であって、
軸受スリーブ(2)が多面軸受としてその分割接合面(7)が水平線(6)と角度を成して配置されており、
前記軸受スリーブ(2)がその水平線(6)に対して配置された角度位置を固定でき、また、前記軸受スリーブ(2)がその壁(17)に円周方向に見て少なくとも区域的に配置された第1流路(13)を有し、軸受スリーブ壁(17)に第1流路(13)を貫通している少なくとも1つの軸方向孔(22)が配置され、さらに、前記軸受スリーブ(2)が軸方向に見て前記第1流路(13)に対して間隔を隔てられた少なくとも1つの第2流路(14)を有し、軸受スリーブ壁(17)に前記第1流路(13)と第2流路(14)を貫通している少なくとも1つの軸方向孔(22)が配置されていることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 軸受スリーブ(2)が2分割形で2個の半殻体(11、12)により形成され、その分割接合面(7)が水平線(6)と角度を成して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のすべり軸受。
- 分割接合面(7)が横断面で見て水平線(6)に対して被支持体(3)の回転方向(8)と逆向きにずらされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 第1流路(13)が2分割形軸受スリーブ(2)の負荷側半殻体(11)に設けられ、軸受箱(14)に向けて開かれ、その第1流路(13)が円周方向に見て半円状に軸受スリーブ壁(17)に設けられ、これにより、無負荷側半殻体(12)の中まで延びる半円状の溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のすべり軸受。
- 第1流路(13)がその円周方向に見た両側端に軸受ポケット(19、21)を有し、それらの軸受ポケット(19、21)に、被支持体(2)に向けて液状潤滑材を噴射するための少なくとも1つの噴射要素(23、24)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のすべり軸受。
- 軸受スリーブ(2)が多面軸受として2分割形で2個の半殻体(11、12)により形成され、その第1流路(13)が負荷側半殻体(11)に配置され、分割接合面(7)が水平線(6)に関して角度を成して配置され、これにより、一方の軸受ポケット(19)が横断面に見て水平線(6)の上側に配置され、他方の軸受ポケット(21)が横断面に見て水平線(6)の下側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記噴射要素(23、24)が複数列配置され、液状潤滑材を一方では被支持体(2)に向けて、他方では被支持体(2)と軸受スリーブ(2)との間の漏出隙間(26)に向けて噴射することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のすべり軸受。
- 噴射要素(23、24)がそれぞれの軸受ポケット(19、21)に二列で複数配置され、それらの噴射要素(23、24)がノズルとして軸受ポケット(19、21)にねじ込まれていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のすべり軸受。
- 一方の噴射要素(23)が、液状潤滑材が被支持体(2)に垂直に噴射するように配置され、他方の噴射要素(24)が、液状潤滑材を負荷側半殻体(11)の漏出隙間(26)に斜めに噴射するように配置され、斜めに向けられた噴射要素(24)が一方の軸受ポケットだけで作動し、その軸受ポケットが軸受スリーブ(2)の固定状態において横断面に見て水平線(6)の下側に配置された軸受ポケット(21)であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のすべり軸受。
