Description
−制御された雰囲気下で、ろう付によって防食被覆を支持部品(すなわち「未加工の組み立て部品」)に定着させること、
−場合によっては塑性変形によって被覆部品を成形することで、被覆組み立て部品(すなわち「成形部品」)を製造すること。
−制御された雰囲気下でのろう付によって、防食被覆を、少なくとも一つの第一と第二の未加工の組み立て部品に定着させること、
−前記被覆部品を塑性変形によって成形すること、
−前記部品を組み立てることで(典型的には溶接を含む作業による)、化学装置の前記構成要素を形成すること。
−防食被覆(3、31、32)を支持部品(2、21、22)に、制御された雰囲気下におけるろう付作業を含む作業によって、定着させること、
−場合によっては、被覆部品(101、102)を塑性変形によって成形することで、被覆組み立て部品(111、112)(すなわち「成形部品」)を製造すること。
−本発明の方法により、少なくとも一つの第一(101)と第二(102)の中間被覆組み立て部品を製造すること、
−塑性変形によって中間被覆部品(101、102)を成形することで、所定の形状を有する被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を製造すること、
−被覆組み立て部品(111、112)の組み立てにより、化学装置の構成要素(100)を製造すること。
−少なくとも一つの第一(21)と第二(22)の支持部品を用意すること、
−制御された雰囲気下におけるろう付作業を含む、少なくとも一つのろう付材料(41、42)を用いる方法により、各前記支持部品(21、22)に防食被覆(31、32)を定着させることで、中間被覆部品(101、102)を製造すること、
−塑性変形によって中間被覆部品(101、102)を成形することで、所定の形状を有する被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を製造すること。
−典型的には溶接を含む作業によって被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を組み立てることで、化学装置の前記構成要素(100)を製造すること。
−少なくとも一つのろう付材料(4、41、42)を、金属製の支持部品(2、21、22)と防食被覆(3、31、32)の間に介在させることで、初期の組み立て品(5、51、52)を形成すること、
−場合によっては、前記初期の組み立て品(5、51、52)にメッキのための圧力を加えること、
−初期の組み立て品(5、51、52)を、抵抗器のような、少なくとも一つの加熱手段(11)を備えた、制御された雰囲気の室(10)に導入すること、
−前記室(10)に(より特徴的には前記組み立て品の近傍に)不活性ガスの雰囲気を形成すること、
−前記ユニット(5、51、52)を、少なくとも前記ろう付材料(4、41、42)のろう付温度と等しい温度まで加熱すること。
−ろう付材料(4、41、42)を支持部品(2、21、22)に、「結合用の」と呼ばれる面に対して堆積させること、
−支持部品(2、21、22)に防食被覆(3、31、32)を位置付けることで、前記初期の組み立て品(5、51、52)を形成すること。
・以下のことを含むろう付作業を含む方法によって、中間被覆組み立て部品(101、102)を製造すること:
−支持部品(21、22)、防食被覆(31、32)、および支持部品と被覆の間にある少なくとも一つのろう付材料(41、42)を含んでいる、初期の組み立て品(51、52)を形成すること、
−初期の組み立て品(51、52)を、制御された雰囲気のろう付の室(10)に導入すること、
−前記室(10)に制御された雰囲気を形成すること、
−前記ユニット(51、52)を、少なくとも前記ろう付材料(41、42)のろう付温度と等しい温度まで加熱することで、ろう付によって防食被覆(31、32)を支持部品(21、22)に定着させること、
・塑性変形によって前記中間被覆部品(101、102)を成形することで、前記被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を得ること、
・被覆組み立て部品(または「成形部品」)(111、112)を組み立てることで、化学装置の前記構成要素(100)を得ること。
−ろう付作業の前に、接合部となる前記支持部品(21、22)の端部(61、62)に切り取り部(81、82)を形成することで、前記切り取り部については、各被覆(31、32)と各支持部品(21、22)の間のろう付を避けるようになっていること、
−ろう付作業の後に、典型的にはこれらの端部(71、72)を持ち上げることで、各被覆(31、32)の端部(71、72)を剥き出しにすること、
−典型的には溶接によって、前記支持部品(21、22)の端部(61、62)の間に接合部(60)を形成すること、
−典型的には溶接によって、前記被覆(31、32)の端部(71、72)の間に接合部(70)を形成すること。
−少なくとも一つの第一(21)と第二の支持部品(22)を用意すること、
−接合部となる前記支持部品(21、22)の端部(61、62)に、切り取り部(81、82)を形成すること、
−制御された雰囲気(好ましくは750℃未満、さらに好ましくは600℃と720℃の間に含まれる温度)におけるろう付により、被覆(31、32)を各支持部品(21、22)に定着させ、中間被覆部品(101、102)を製造すること、
−中間被覆部品(101、102)を成形し(典型的には圧延加工またはカレンダー加工による)、そして被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を製造すること、
−各被覆(31、32)の端部(71、72)を、典型的にはこれらの端部(71、72)を持ち上げることによって剥き出しにすること
−典型的には溶接作業によって、前記支持部品(21、22)の端部(61、62)の間に接合部(60)を形成すること、
−典型的には溶接作業によって、前記被覆(31、32)の端部(71、72)の間に接合部(70)を形成すること。

Claims (1)
- 金属製の支持部品(21、22)と、金属製の防食被覆(31、32)を含む、第一と第二の被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を具備する化学装置の構成要素(100)を製造する方法であって、以下の連続する過程を含むことを特徴とする方法:
・ 以下のことを含むろう付作業を含む方法によって、2つの中間被覆組み立て部品(101、102)を製造すること:
−プレートまたは薄板の形状である支持部品(21、22)、プレートまたは薄板の形状である防食被覆(31、32)、および支持部品と被覆の間にあるろう付材料(41、42)を含んでいる、初期の組み立て品(51、52)を形成すること、
−初期の組み立て品(51、52)を、制御された雰囲気のろう付の室(10)に導入すること、
−前記室(10)に制御された雰囲気を形成すること、
−前記ろう付けの室に導入された初期の組み立て品(51、52)を、前記ろう付材料(41、42)のろう付温度と等しい温度まで加熱することで、ろう付によって防食被覆(31、32)を支持部品(21、22)に定着させること、
・前記2つの中間被覆組み立て部品(101、102)をそれぞれ半円筒形に成形することで、前記第一及び第二の被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を得ること、
・前記第一及び第二の2つの被覆組み立て部品(111、112)を互いに組み合わせて接合することで、化学装置の管状の前記構成要素(100)を得ること。
