Claims (5)
- 一定量の電解液が満たされる電解槽と、
前記電解槽の開放された上部を覆って密閉し、少なくとも1つの水素排出口を具備する蓋と、
前記蓋に固定され前記電解槽に浸漬される胴体に前記電解槽の電解液が自由に通過する通孔を具備する電極部と、
前記電極部に電流を印加する電源部と、を備え、
前記電極部は、陽極電極板と陰極電極板を含み、
前記陽極電極板、及び、前記陰極電極板のそれぞれは表面に電解液が自由に通過する多孔部を具備する第1、2ホルダーと、前記第1、2ホルダーの間に配置され前記第1、2ホルダーの結合によって固定される多孔体を含み、
前記多孔体は、導電性金属繊維からなることを特徴とする多孔性電極板を有する水素発生装置。 - 前記多孔体は、異なる多孔率勾配を有する少なくとも2層以上の導電性金属繊維層から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多孔性電極板を有する水素発生装置。
- 前記第1、2ホルダーの表面は、前記電解液に露出している
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多孔性電極板を有する水素発生装置。 - 前記多孔体は、前記電源部と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多孔性電極板を有する水素発生装置。
- 前記電解槽と蓋の間には、シーリング部材を具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多孔性電極板を有する水素発生装置。
