Claims (6)
- 一定の大きさの内部空間を有する電解槽と、
前記電解槽の開放された上部を覆って密閉し、少なくとも1つの水素排出口を具備する蓋と、
前記電解槽内に配置され一定量の電解液が満たされる伸縮袋と、
前記蓋に固定され前記伸縮袋に満たされた電解液に浸漬され電源印加時に電解液を電気分解させる電極部と、
前記電極部に電流を印加する電源部と、を含む水素発生装置。 - 前記伸縮袋は、前記電極部を構成する陽極電極板と陰極電極板が挿入され、前記蓋の固定孔に固定される複数の固定部と、前記蓋に形成された水素排出口と連結される出口部と、前記陽極電極板と陰極電極板が配置される内部に満たされた電解液の容量変化により膨張したり、収縮して体積が可変する伸縮部により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記出口部には、気液分離用メンブレンをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記伸縮袋は、前記電極部を構成する陽極電極板と陰極電極板が夫々挿入され、前記蓋の固定孔に固定される複数の固定部と、前記陽極電極板と陰極板が配置される内部に満たされた電解液の容量変化により膨張したり、収縮して体積が可変する弾性力を有し、前記電解液の電気分解時に発生する水素は外部に排出し電解液は内部に残留させる伸縮部により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記伸縮袋は、内部に満たされた電解液が減少するにつれて収縮し、前記電極部が浸漬される電解液の水位を一定に維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記電解槽と蓋の間にはシーリング部材を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
