Claims (4)
- 小径リング部と、大径リング部と、これらの間に配設される複数の柱部とを備え、柱部間のポケットに円すいころが保持される円すいころ軸受用保持器であって、
軸受内輪の大径側端部に設けられた大鍔と係合可能な少なくとも1つの引っ掛け部を大径リング部に形成し、かつ、エンジニアリングプラスチックに、炭素繊維又はガラス繊維にて構成される繊維強化材である樹脂強化材を0重量%より多く10重量%未満で充填させた樹脂製として、組込時において前記引っ掛け部が大鍔を越える柔軟性を具備するとともに、複数のゲートを形成する成形金型にて成形される成形時において流動性を具備し、かつ、前記小径側リング部に前記柱部の数よりも少ないゲート跡が形成され、さらに、軸受組立状態において、小径リング部の小径側端面と、円すいころの小端面の外周縁の最外径部とが、軸受中心軸と直交する平面上にほぼ配置され、内輪小径側端面同士の接触状態において、小径リング部の小径側端面同士は非接触状態となることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受用保持器。 - ウェルド部が前記小径側リング部に有さないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器。
- 前記エンジニアリングプラスチックは、ポニフェニレンサルファイドであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器。
- 自走車両の動力伝達軸を支持する円すいころ軸受に用いたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受用保持器。
