Description
−貼付ローラと当該貼付ローラ上に繊維を導く手段とを有する繊維貼付ヘッドを変位させるためのシステムと、
−繊維格納手段と、
−上記格納手段から貼付ヘッドへ繊維を搬送するための繊維搬送手段とを備える繊維貼付機械であって、
上記搬送手段は、格納手段と貼付ヘッドとを繋ぐ可撓管を備えており、各可撓管が、管の内部通路に1つの繊維を収容することができ、上記可撓管が、管の端部にて、上流および下流固定手段を介して、貼付ヘッドおよび格納手段にそれぞれ固定されており、
各可撓管には、長方形の横断面を有する少なくとも1つの長手方向の可撓扁平部材が備え付けられており、該可撓扁平部材は、可撓管の全長を越えて延伸するとともに、管の全長を実質的に越えて可撓管に一体化して形成され、
上記可撓扁平部材が、可撓管の内部通路内に収容される繊維の搬送面に対して実質的に平行に配置されていることを特徴とする機械である。

Claims (10)
- 繊維貼付ヘッドを変位させるためのシステムと、繊維格納手段と、上記格納手段から上記貼付ヘッドへ繊維を搬送するための繊維搬送手段とを備える繊維貼付機械であって、
上記搬送手段は、上記格納手段と上記貼付ヘッドとを繋ぐ可撓管を備えており、
上記可撓管はそれぞれ、該可撓管の内部通路の中に1つの繊維を収容することができ、
上記可撓管は、該可撓管の端部にて、上流および下流固定手段を介して上記貼付ヘッドおよび上記格納手段にそれぞれ固定されており、
上記可撓管(41)それぞれには、長方形の横断面を有する、少なくとも1つの長手方向の可撓扁平部材(42)が備え付けられており、上記可撓扁平部材が、上記可撓管における上記内部通路(412)内に収容された上記繊維(F)の搬送面に対して実質的に平行に配置されていることを特徴とする機械。 - 上記可撓扁平部材(42)が、金属製であるとともに、プラスチック材料からなる可撓管(41)に一体化して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械。
- 上記可撓扁平部材(42)が、組立て手段(43)によって、上記可撓管(41)の外面に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の機械。
- 上記可撓管(41)が、長方形の横断面を有しており、上記可撓扁平部材が、上記可撓管の寸法が大きい2つの側壁(411b)のうちの1つに沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 上記搬送手段は、さらに、可撓管(41)における上記内部通路(412)内に繊維を搬送するときに該繊維を流動させることができる流動手段(61、62)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 上記流動手段が、上記繊維の搬送方向に気流を生成するように各可撓管における上記内部通路(412)の中に空気を注入することができる空気注入手段(61)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機械。
- 上記流動手段が、上記可撓管を振動させることができる振動手段(62)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の機械。
- 上記流動手段(61、62)が、上流固定手段(5a、5'a)上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 上記可撓管(41)が、共通の上流固定手段(5a、5'a)、および、下流固定手段(5b、5'b)によって、少なくとも1列に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 上記繊維(F)に引張応力を与えるために、上記貼付ヘッド(2)と上記格納手段(3)との間に少なくとも1つの張力制限システム(9)を備えた機械であって、
上記可撓管が、該可撓管の端部にて、第一共通上流固定手段(5a)および下流固定手段(5b)を介して上記格納手段および上記制限システムにそれぞれ固定された第一部(4A)と、上記可撓管の端部にて、第二共通上流固定システム(5'a)および第二下流固定システム(5'b)を介して上記制限システムおよび上記繊維貼付ヘッドにそれぞれ固定された第二部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の機械。
