Description
本発明は、耐候性の押出し製品の、ポリマー溶液のスプレーコート、ロールコート、ブラシコート、グラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、熱転写印刷又はインクジェット塗布による形成のためのインライン方法に関係する。PVC及びポリオレフィン製品が好適である。
先ず、メチルエチルケトン(溶媒)中に15%PVDF溶液を作成し、適宜、着色料及び/又は添加剤を添加することによりPVDFコーティング混合物を形成する。次いで、このPVDFコーティングを、一つ以上のインクジェットプリンターの貯蔵器内に入れる。このインクジェットプリンターは、PVC又はポリオレフィンが押出しされる際に、その上に正確なパターン及びポリマー密度でプリントするように較正される。コートされた押出されたPVC又はポリオレフィンを、次いで、ビニル羽目板のシート、窓用形材、フェンスポスト、又は他の製品などの最終製品に成形する。
PVDFコーティング混合物を、先ず、アセトン及びn−メチルピロリドン中の10%固形物のPVDF溶液を作成することにより調製する。適宜、顔料、染料又は補助樹脂を混ぜる。次いで、このコーティングを、押出ししたPVC又はポリオレフィンに、エンボス工程の後又は前にスプレー塗布する。このコートされた押出し物を、次いで、切断して厚板とし、それからビニル敷板が作られる。
白色エポキシプライマーコーティングを、押出しされたPVC又はポリオレフィンにインラインで塗布する。それは、その後、フォーブリックデザインパターンを印刷するインクジェット工程によってオーバーコーティングされる。そのコートされたPVC押出し物を、次いで、切断して、ビニル羽目板に成形する。
Claims (8)
- ポリマー溶液を、押出しされた硬質ポリビニルクロリド(PVC)又はポリオレフィン(PO)にインラインで塗布して耐候性コーティングを形成することを含む耐候性PVC又はPO製品を形成する方法であって、該ポリマー溶液はフッ素化ポリマーを含み、該耐候性コーティングは乾燥フィルム厚を基にして0.02〜4.0ミルの厚さであり、該ポリマー溶液を、インラインスプレー、ロールコート、ブラシコート、グラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、熱転写コート又はインクジェット塗布によって50℃〜125℃の温度で塗布する、当該方法。
- 前記のポリマー溶液が、着色料含有又は透明である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のポリマー溶液が、溶媒ベースの溶液又は分散液である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のポリマー溶液が、水ベースの溶液、分散液又は乳液である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のフッ素化ポリマーが、ポリフッ化ビニリデンホモポリマー又はコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の耐候性ポリマーコーティングが、乾燥フィルム厚ベースで、0.02〜1.2ミルの厚さである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- PVC又はPO基材を、耐候性コーティングの塗布の前に、キャップストック又はコーティングで被覆する工程を、更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記PVC製品が改善された光沢及び色保持を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
