Claims (6)
- タービンシェル組立体を位置合せしかつシールするためのシステム(10)であって、
少なくとも1つの第1のシェルセグメント(14a〜b)を備えた第1のシェル組立体(12)と、
凸部(18)を備えた第2のシェル組立体(20)と、
前記第1のシェル組立体(12)によって形成されかつ前記第2のシェル組立体(20)から延びる前記凸部(18)とかみ合うように構成された溝部(16)と、
前記溝部(16)内に配置可能であり、前記少なくとも1つの第1のシェルセグメント(14a〜b)の少なくとも1つの表面(24)と接触し、かつ前記凸部(18)のシール表面(21)との間で少なくとも部分的にシール可能である少なくとも1つのキー構造体(28)と、
前記少なくとも1つのキー構造体(28)の少なくとも一部分と接触する前記溝部(16)のテーパ表面(26)と、
を含み、
前記溝部(16)が、前記第1のシェル組立体(12)の周りで360度延び、
前記凸部(18)が、前記溝部(16)の周りでの360度において該溝部(16)内に嵌合可能であり、
前記少なくとも1つのキー構造体(28)の各々が、前記溝部(16)の周りでの360度において前記凸部(18)のシール表面(21)との間でシール可能であるシールセグメント(32)と、前記溝部(16)内に配置されかつ前記少なくとも1つの第1のシェルセグメント(14a〜b)の各々によって形成された位置合せスロット(22)内部に配置可能である位置合せセグメント(30)とを含む、
システム(10)。 - 前記シールセグメント(32)が、シール装置(34)を含み、
前記シール装置(34)が、前記シールセグメント(32)と前記凸部(18)のシール表面(21)とのシール性を可能にする、
請求項1記載のシステム(10)。 - 前記シールセグメント(32)が、少なくとも1つの軸方向スロット(38)を形成し、
前記第1のシェルセグメント(14a〜b)が、少なくとも1つのネジ付き空洞を形成し、
前記キー構造体(28)及び第1のシェルセグメント(14a〜b)が、前記少なくとも1つの軸方向スロット(38)及び少なくとも1つのネジ付き空洞(40)内に螺合した少なくとも1つのネジ装置により結合され、
前記少なくとも1つの軸方向スロット(38)が、前記キー構造体(28)の軸方向移動を可能にするように構成される、
請求項1記載のシステム(10)。 - 前記シールセグメント(32)が、たわみ空洞(62)を含む、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記溝部(16)内に配置されかつ前記キー構造体(28)の少なくとも一部分を前記テーパ表面(26)に向かって作動させることが可能である少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(46)をさらに含む、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記溝部(16)のテーパ表面(26)が、前記少なくとも1つのキー構造体(28)のテーパ部分(33)との間でシール可能である、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
