Abstract
【解決手段】内部には、挿入されるパイプの内径と同一の直径を有するパイプ係止段部がそれぞれ備えられ、前記パイプ係止段部の一側には、自由端に行くほど内部空間が縮小されるテーパ部が形成され、スナップリング挿入溝が形成された前記テーパ部の外周面の一部が開放されている、連結具ボディと;前記テーパ部の下端に挿設されるパッティング部材と;前記テーパ部に挿設され、円周の方向には固定ジョーが結合される複数の結合孔が備えられ、その上部には安着溝が形成されている、ジョーカップリングと;前記ジョーカップリングの安着溝上に位置していて、外周縁部が前記スナップリング挿入溝に圧縮・挿入され、両端部は離隔状態で曲げられて前記テーパ部の外周面の一側開放部から外部に露出する、スナップリングと;前記パッキング部材とジョーカップリングとの間に介在される弾性部材と;を含んで構成される。

Claims (4)
- 内部には、挿入されるパイプ(10)の内径と同一の直径を有するパイプ係止段部(22)がそれぞれ備えられ、前記パイプ係止段部(22)の一側には、自由端に行くほど内部空間が縮小されるテーパ部(24)が形成され、スナップリング挿入溝(26)が形成された前記テーパ部(24)の外周面の一部が開放されている、連結具ボディ(20)と;
前記テーパ部(24)の下端に挿設されるパッキング部材(30)と;
前記テーパ部(24)に挿設され、円周の方向には固定ジョー(42)が結合される複数の結合孔(44)が備えられ、その上部には安着溝(46)が形成されている、ジョーカップリング(40)と;
前記ジョーカップリング(40)の安着溝(46)上に位置していて、外周縁部が前記スナップリング挿入溝(26)に圧縮・挿入され、両端部(51,51')は離隔状態で曲げられて前記テーパ部(24)の外周面の一側開放部から外部に露出する、スナップリング(50)と;
前記パッキング部材(30)とジョーカップリング(40)との間に介在される弾性部材(60)と;を含んで構成されることを特徴とするパイプ連結具。 - 前記パッキング部材(30)は、Vパッキング(V-PACKING)、バックアップリング(BACKING RING)(34)、O−リング(O-RING)(36)から積層構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイプ連結具。
- 前記パッキング部材(30)と弾性部材(60)との間には弾性部材支持体(70)が介在されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイプ連結具。
- 前記ジョーカップリング(40)の安着溝(46)の一側には、前記スナップリング(50)の両端部(51,51')の離隔距離より小さい幅の鋸歯状突条(48)を、前記スナップリング(50)の内周縁に着脱可能に設けることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイプ連結具。
