Description
このプリンターは、多数のノズル孔が一列に列設された吐出ヘッドを有しており、吐出ヘッドと吐出対象物とを相対的に移動させると、吐出対象物表面の行列状に並んだ位置に吐出液を着弾させることができる。
ノズル孔の機械精度や吐出ヘッド内の圧電素子の特性のばらつきにより、スペーサが配置された基板に筋が見えてしまう。
また、本発明は、前記各ノズル孔から同じ体積の吐出液を吐出させる前記圧電素子への第一修正電圧値を前記ノズル孔毎に求め、前記吐出位置と対応した前記係数値と前記第一修正電圧値とから、前記圧電素子へ印加する第二修正電圧値を前記吐出位置毎に求めるスペーサの配置方法である。
この吐出装置1は、台2を有しており、台2上に配置された軸3には、複数のノズル孔N1〜Nnを有する吐出ヘッド4が配置されている。
吐出ヘッド4は制御装置6に接続されており、制御装置6はコンピュータ8に接続されている。
各ノズル孔N1〜Nnに対応する列P1〜Pn毎にスペーサの個数を合計し、平均個数を算出すると、設定されたスペーサの個数との比率が分かる。
乱数係数は、圧電素子に印加する電圧を±数十%の範囲内でばらつかせるための数値であり、乱数係数値は1±数十%の範囲内の正数実数である。
この場合、平均個数が設定値とは異なる列が発生しても、その列の周囲は不均一な個数のスペーサが配置されているので、筋が見えることはない。
また、液晶表示装置を組み立てる際に吐出位置11に配置するスペーサの個数の上限値と下限値が設定されている場合、第二修正電圧値が、スペーサ個数の上限値と下限値を超えないような乱数係数を発生させればよい。
また、上記実施例では、軸3と吐出ヘッド4を移動させたが、軸3を静止させ、吐出対象物10と吐出ヘッド4を移動させるようにしてもよい。
また、吐出対象物10の幅よりも長い吐出ヘッド4を用いれば、軸3と吐出ヘッド4を静止させ、吐出対象物10を移動させてもよい。
Claims (2)
- 吐出ヘッド内の圧電素子に電圧を印加し、前記吐出ヘッド内に設けられた複数のノズル孔からスペーサを含む吐出液を繰り返し吐出させ、吐出対象物上に予め設定された複数の吐出位置に着弾させ、前記スペーサを前記吐出位置に配置するスペーサの配置方法であって、
係数値を乱数で求め、前記吐出位置毎に前記係数値を設定し、前記係数値に応じた液量の前記吐出液を前記吐出位置毎に吐出させるスペーサの配置方法。 - 前記各ノズル孔から同じ体積の吐出液を吐出させる前記圧電素子への第一修正電圧値を前記ノズル孔毎に求め、
前記吐出位置と対応した前記係数値と前記第一修正電圧値とから、前記圧電素子へ印加する第二修正電圧値を前記吐出位置毎に求める請求項1記載のスペーサの配置方法。
