Abstract

 筋が発生しないスペーサの配置技術を提供する。コンピュータ8により乱数を発生させ、発生する毎に吐出対象物10の吐出位置11と一対一に対応させ、コンピュータ8内部の記憶装置9に記憶する。記憶された乱数に基いて、吐出位置11毎に係数値を求め、各ノズル孔N1~Nn毎に設定された電圧値に係数値を乗じ、各吐出位置11毎に求められる個別電圧値を算出する。吐出位置11に対応した個別電圧値で、吐出ヘッド4内の圧電素子に電圧を印加し、吐出ヘッド4内に設けられた複数のノズル孔N1~Nnからスペーサを含む吐出液を吐出させると、吐出対象物10上には乱数に従った個数のスペーサが配置される。
