Abstract

 筋が発生しないスペーサの配置技術を提供する。記憶装置9には、塗布対象物10の遮光帯11の列上に吐出位置が設定され、仮吐出位置として記憶されている。乱数発生関数によって正又は負の実数値の乱数を生成させ、生成される毎に仮吐出位置と一対一に対応付けて乱数係数Rとして記憶しておく。仮吐出位置の座標を(X,Y)とすると、記憶された乱数係数Rと、同一列内で隣接する仮吐出位置間の距離Lとを乗算した値に、座標Xの値を加算して修正吐出位置(X+L×R,Y)を求め、記憶する。修正吐出位置にスペーサ集団15を配置すると、誤差に起因する移動量は乱数係数Rに吸収されてしまい、筋は見えない。
