Claims (2)
- 2個を組み合わせて円筒形を構成する半割形状に形成されたすべり軸受において、
該すべり軸受の少なくとも一方の中央の軸の回転時に主に荷重を受ける主荷重部を、ブローチ加工により粗さが1μmRz以下に内面加工する一方、前記すべり軸受の軸受合わせ面から10°以上60°以下の前記主荷重部が受ける荷重よりも小さい荷重を受ける非荷重部を、ボーリング加工により深さが1μm以上15μm以下に周方向細溝の内面加工をしたことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記ボーリング加工による周方向細溝の深さが、前記軸受合わせ面から中央に向かうほど浅くなるように内面加工したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
