Claims (12)
- スタンド(12)のガイド(28)に往復台(14)がガイドされており、その往復台(14)は駆動部(30)によって作業方向に移動可能であり、ドリルユニット(16)が往復台(14)に支持されていて、モータ(18)により駆動されるスピンドル(22)を含んでおり、ドリル工具(20)を駆動する金属コアドリルマシンであって、
駆動部(30)が、自動的に送るためのステッパモータ(32)と手動で送るためのレバー(46)を含み、レバー(46)により手動で生成される送り動作とステッパモータ(32)により生成される自動的な送り動作の間で、スイッチングが可能になっており、
駆動部(30)が、ステッパモータ(32)により生成される自動的な送り動作を周期的に中断して、往復台(14)を作業方向と反対の方向に周期的に戻して、金属ドリル加工の間に生成されたチップが破壊されドリル穴から放出されるように構成されており、自動的な送り動作を中断して戻し動作をしたあとに、ドリル操作が再び始められることを特徴とするドリルマシン。 - 駆動部(30)が、中間シャフト(38)と連結可能であり、中間シャフト(38)を用いて往復台(14)が移動され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルマシン。
- ステッパモータ(32)が、ウォームギア(42)とウォームギアホイール(44)を用いて、中間シャフト(38)と連結され得ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のドリルマシン。
- ウォームギア(42)とウォームギアホイール(44)が、中間シャフト(38)を介して、往復台(14)に設けられた歯ロッド(34)と係合するピニオン(36)と連結され得ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のドリルマシン。
- 上記スイッチングを可能とするために、駆動部(30)の駆動動作がプランジャ(62)を介して中間シャフト(38)に伝達される第1位置と、駆動部(30)から中間シャフト(38)への回転動作の伝達が無い第2位置との間で、中間シャフト(38)に支持されているプランジャ(62)が軸心方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のドリルマシン。
- 手動で駆動するためのレバー(46)が、中間シャフト(38)と連結され得ることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載のドリルマシン。
- レバー(46)が、3つの関節式のグリッピング部分(48、50、52)を有するスターハンドルとして構成されていて、グリッピング部分(48、50、52)を傾斜させることにより、それらの複数の端部(49、53)が、プランジャ(62)の端部(70)と係合し、これにより第1位置と第2位置の間でプランジャ(62)の軸心方向のシフトを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のドリルマシン。
- 上記ウォームギア(42)が中間シャフト(38)と連結されてウォームギアホイール(44)を複数のローラボディ(66)によって回転し得ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のドリルマシン。
- プランジャ(62)と中間シャフト(38)の間にバネエレメント(68)が保持されていて、このバネエレメント(68)を用いて、第1位置にあるときに、複数のローラボディ(66)がバイアスされて、中間シャフト(38)を積極的に受容する、ウォームギアホイール(44)に設けられた複数の受容凹所(76)に係合することを特徴とする請求項5又は7に記載のドリルマシン。
- プランジャ(62)が大径部(80)を含み、第1位置と第2位置の間で、大径部(80)を用いて、複数のローラボディ(66)が移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項5又は7に記載のドリルマシン。
- 大径部(80)と中間シャフト(38)の停止表面(82)の間に、バネエレメント(68)が保持されていて、プランジャ(62)を第1位置にバイアスすることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のドリルマシン。
- ドリルユニット(16)が、ドリル工具(20)を駆動するための3速ギア(24)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のドリルマシン。
