Claims (1)
- 移動磁界コイルを有する電磁攪拌装置により鋳型内に旋回流を発生させて鋳造を行なう鋼の連続鋳造に際して、
鋳型長辺方向に4極以上の極数を有するコイル又は2分割されたコイルを用いると共に、
攪拌方向の下流側のコイルの周波数f2が、上流側のコイルの周波数f1に対して、次式を満足するようにし、旋回流の厚み方向へ影響する範囲を小さくして、旋回流自体を小さくする一方、凝固界面付近の位置では旋回流方向に強い流れが存在するようにして鋳造することを特徴とする鋼の連続鋳造方法。
