Description
Claims (9)
- 制動液貯蔵室(62)と、ブレーキペダル(14)により制御され、車輪ブレーキ(34)のための給送回路に接続されるマスターシリンダー(10)と、車輪ブレーキ給送回路に接続されコンピュータCにより制御される制動液加圧ポンプ(50)を有する油圧ユニット(52)とを備える自動車用制動装置であって、
前記制動液貯蔵室(62)は、前記コンピュータCにより制御される第1ソレノイド弁(68)により前記ポンプ(50)に連接され、マスターシリンダー(10)からは隔てられており、並列接続された目盛付け開口部(76)及び無帰還弁(78)が、前記制動液貯蔵室(62)を油圧ユニットポンプ(50)の入力側に連接させる導管に組み込まれていることを特徴とする自動車用制動装置。 - 前記第1ソレノイド弁(68,84)は、非動作状態で閉じており、前記コンピュータCにより開放されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用制動装置。
- 前記貯蔵室(62)は、油圧ユニット(52)に対して装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動車用制動装置。
- 前記コンピュータCにより制御される第2ソレノイド弁(54)が、車輪ブレーキ(34)の給送回路内であって、前記マスターシリンダーの出力側(30,32)と前記ポンプ(50)の出力側との間に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の自動車用制動装置。
- 前記第2ソレノイド弁(54)は、非動作状態で開いており、前記コンピュータCにより閉じられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動車用制動装置。
- 無帰還弁(58)が、前記第2ソレノイド弁(54)に並列に装着され、車輪ブレーキから前記マスターシリンダーへの制動液の逆流を防止することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動車用制動装置。
- 前記マスターシリンダー(10)は、タンデム式マスターシリンダーであり、2つのポンプ室(16,18)と、弁を有することのない2つのピストン(20,22)とを備えることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の自動車用制動装置。
- 前記第1ソレノイド弁(68)は、前記貯蔵室(62)を前記油圧ユニットの前記ポンプ(50)の入力側に接続することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の自動車用制動装置。
- 前記第1ソレノイド弁(68)は、前記貯蔵室(62)を前記ポンプ(50)の出力側に接続し、前記ポンプ(50)の入力側は、貯蔵室方向への制動液の通過を防止する無帰還弁(82)を備える導管(80)により、前記貯蔵室(62)に連接されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の自動車用制動装置。
