Claims (10)
- 換気システムの外観をなす本体ケースと;
前記本体ケースの内部に設置され、室外に排気される空気と室内に供給される空気との間の熱交換を行う全熱交換器と;
前記全熱交換器を基準にして同一方向に設置される給気ファン及び排気ファンと;
前記給気ファン及び排気ファンにそれぞれ動力を提供する給気モータ及び排気モータと:を含んで構成され、
前記給気ファンは供給される空気の流路上に配置され、給気モータは給気ファンから隔離されて排気空気の流路上に露出されるように設置されていて、
前記本体ケースの内部には、前記給気ファン及び排気ファンそれぞれの収容空間が区画され、前記排気モータ及び給気モータは、前記排気ファンが収容された排気ファンハウジングに設置され、
前記排気ファンハウジングの内部には、前記排気モータ及び給気モータを収容するモータハウジングがさらに設置され、
前記モータハウジングには、排気空気が通過するように、排気ファン側に開口部が形成される、
ことを特徴とする換気システム。 - 前記排気モータは、排気空気の流路上に設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の換気システム。
- 前記本体ケースの一側面には、室外に連通される外気吸入口と、室内に連通される室内空気吸入口と、が形成され、他側面には、室外に連通されて外部に排気を排出する排気口と、室内に連通されて室内に給気を供給する給気口と、が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の換気システム。
- 前記本体ケースの内部には、前記外気吸入口から前記全熱交換器を経て前記給気口に連結される通路と、前記室内空気吸入口から前記全熱交換器を経て前記排気口に連結される通路と、が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の換気システム。
- 前記外気吸入口と給気口、そして、前記室内空気吸入口と排気口は、互いに対角線上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の換気システム。
- 前記本体ケースの内部には、空気が前記全熱交換器を経ずに流動するようにバイパス流路が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の換気システム。
- 前記バイパス流路上には、バイパス流路を開閉するダンパーが設置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の換気システム。
- 前記給気モータ及び排気モータは、排気空気の流れ方向に沿って一列に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の換気システム。
- 前記給気ファン及び排気ファンは、遠心ファンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の換気システム。
- 前記給気ファン及び排気ファンは、シロッコファンであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の換気システム。
