Description
Claims (12)
- ポリマー押出品又は成形品を形成する方法であって、熱可塑性で押出可能なスターチのペレット及び熱可塑性で押出可能な水溶性PVAのペレットを混合する工程、及び続いて160℃〜190℃の温度で押出して該押出品又は該成形品を形成する工程を有し、
前記押出温度は、前記スターチの融点よりも高く且つ前記水溶性PVAの融点よりも低く、且つ
前記熱可塑性スターチは、5%以下の水分を有する実質的に乾燥したスターチを用いて調製されたものであって、該スターチが溶融するように押出法において膨潤剤又は可塑剤を用いて高温で加工されたものである、方法。 - 膨潤剤又は可塑剤がグリセロール又はソルビトールである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ペレットが、一軸スクリュー押出機を用いて混合及び押出される、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 混合されるスターチ及びPVAの割合が、少なくとも10質量%のスターチ及び少なくとも10質量%のPVAである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- スターチのペレット及びPVAのペレットが実質的に同じサイズである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該ペレットが25%の範囲内で同じ寸法である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 主に熱可塑性スターチ及び水溶性PVAからなり、且つ請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって形成され、及び射出成形によって形成される、ポリマー成形品。
- 主に熱可塑性スターチ及び水溶性PVAからなり、且つ請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって形成される、ポリマー押出品。
- フィルムである、請求項8記載のポリマー押出品。
- 50μmよりも薄い厚みである、請求項9記載のフィルム。
- PVAが少なくとも10℃の温度で水に可溶である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- PVAが少なくとも60℃の温度で水に可溶である、請求項1に記載の方法。
