Claims (9)
- ポリマー押出品又は成形品を形成する方法であって、熱可塑性で押出可能なスターチのペレット及び熱可塑性で押出可能なPVAのペレットを混合し、及び続いて160℃〜190℃の温度で押出して該押出品又は該成形品を形成する、方法。
- 前記ペレットが、一軸スクリュー押出機を用いて混合及び押出される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 混合されるスターチ及びPVAの割合が、少なくとも10質量%のスターチ及び少なくとも10質量%のPVAである、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- スターチのペレット及びPVAのペレットが実質的に同じサイズであり、最も好ましくは約25%の範囲内で同じ寸法である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性スターチが、約5%以下の水分を有する実質的に乾燥したスターチを用いて調製されたものであり、該スターチを溶融するために、高温においてグリセロール又はソルビトールなどの膨潤剤又は可塑剤と共に押出法で加工する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 主に熱可塑性スターチ及びPVAからなり、且つ請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法、及び射出成形によって形成された、ポリマー成形品。
- 主に熱可塑性スターチ及びPVAからなり、且つ請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって形成された、ポリマー押出品。
- フィルムである、請求項7記載のポリマー押出品。
- 50μmよりも薄い厚みである、請求項8記載のフィルム。
