Claims (15)
- ガイド(12)内に移動可能に設置した打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための駆動装置(30)であって、電動モータ(31)によって回転する少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)を有し、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)にはクラッチ部分(15)を設けた該駆動装置(30)と、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)が、前進駆動のために、前記少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)とクラッチ掛合できるようにする駆動クラッチ装置(35)と
を備えた固定素子のための電動打ち込み装置において、
前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)が前記駆動フライホイール(32)と接触する前に、クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)を、前記駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に加速させる前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための加速装置(40)を設けたことを特徴とする打ち込み装置。 - 加速装置(40)にエネルギーアキュムレータ(41)を設け、このエネルギーアキュムレータ(41)は、打ち込みプランジャ(13)の初期位置(22)で、打ち込みプランジャ(13)に対し予め緊張状態にするとともに、駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に向かう弾発力を付与し、このとき、打ち込みプランジャ(13)を初期位置(22)で、係止解除可能な係止装置(50)に保持するようにした請求項1に記載の打ち込み装置。
- ガイド(12)内に移動可能に設置した打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための駆動装置(30)であって、電動モータ(31)によって回転する少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)を有し、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)にはクラッチ部分(15)を設けた該駆動装置(30)と、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)が、前進駆動のために、前記少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)とクラッチ掛合できるようにする駆動クラッチ装置(35)と
を備えた固定素子のための電動打ち込み装置において、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)を、前記駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に加速させる前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための加速装置(40)を設け、
加速装置(40)にエネルギーアキュムレータ(41)を設け、このエネルギーアキュムレータ(41)は、打ち込みプランジャ(13)の初期位置(22)で、打ち込みプランジャ(13)に対し予め緊張状態にするとともに、駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に向かう弾発力を付与し、このとき、打ち込みプランジャ(13)を初期位置(22)で、係止解除可能な係止装置(50)に保持するようにし、
前記係止装置(50)は、つめ(51)を有するものとし、このつめ(51)を係止位置(54)で、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)上の係止面(53)に係止するようにした打ち込み装置。 - ガイド(12)内に移動可能に設置した打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための駆動装置(30)であって、電動モータ(31)によって回転する少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)を有し、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)にはクラッチ部分(15)を設けた該駆動装置(30)と、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)が、前進駆動のために、前記少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)とクラッチ掛合できるようにする駆動クラッチ装置(35)と
を備えた固定素子のための電動打ち込み装置において、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)を、前記駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に加速させる前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための加速装置(40)を設け、
加速装置(40)にエネルギーアキュムレータ(41)を設け、このエネルギーアキュムレータ(41)は、打ち込みプランジャ(13)の初期位置(22)で、打ち込みプランジャ(13)に対し予め緊張状態にするとともに、駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に向かう弾発力を付与し、このとき、打ち込みプランジャ(13)を初期位置(22)で、係止解除可能な係止装置(50)に保持するようにし、
前記係止装置(50)は、作動スイッチ(19)によって係止解除可能であるとともに、前記つめ(51)が打ち込みプランジャ(13)を釈放する釈放状態(55)に移行可能にした打ち込み装置。 - 前記エネルギーアキュムレータ(41)を押圧ばね手段(42)として構成することを特徴とする請求項2〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の打ち込み装置。
- ガイド(12)内に移動可能に設置した打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための駆動装置(30)であって、電動モータ(31)によって回転する少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)を有し、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)にはクラッチ部分(15)を設けた該駆動装置(30)と、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)が、前進駆動のために、前記少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)とクラッチ掛合できるようにする駆動クラッチ装置(35)と
を備えた固定素子のための電動打ち込み装置において、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)を、前記駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に加速させる前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための加速装置(40)を設け、
加速装置(40)は、モータ加速手段(43)を有するものとした打ち込み装置。 - 前記モータ加速手段(43)を、駆動手段(44)を介して打ち込みプランジャ(13)とクラッチ掛合可能な電動モータ(47)とした請求項6に記載の打ち込み装置。
- ガイド(12)内に移動可能に設置した打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための駆動装置(30)であって、電動モータ(31)によって回転する少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)を有し、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)にはクラッチ部分(15)を設けた該駆動装置(30)と、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)が、前進駆動のために、前記少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)とクラッチ掛合できるようにする駆動クラッチ装置(35)と
を備えた固定素子のための電動打ち込み装置において、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)を、前記駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に加速させる前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための加速装置(40)を設け、
加速装置(40)を、マグネットコイル装置(45)とした打ち込み装置。 - ガイド(12)内に移動可能に設置した打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための駆動装置(30)であって、電動モータ(31)によって回転する少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)を有し、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)にはクラッチ部分(15)を設けた該駆動装置(30)と、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)が、前進駆動のために、前記少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)とクラッチ掛合できるようにする駆動クラッチ装置(35)と
を備えた固定素子のための電動打ち込み装置において、
クラッチ部分(15)を設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)を、前記駆動フライホイール(32)の方向に加速させる前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための加速装置(40)を設け、
加速装置(40)を、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための少なくとも1個の加速フライホイール(142)とし、この加速フライホイール(142)の最大表面速度を、前記駆動フライホイール(32)の最大表面速度よりも小さいものとした打ち込み装置。 - 駆動フライホイール(32)と加速フライホイール(142)を、それぞれ別々の支持軸(34,143)に設けた請求項9に記載の打ち込み装置。
- 駆動フライホイール(32)と加速フライホイール(142)を、同一の支持軸(34)に設けた請求項9に記載の打ち込み装置。
- 前記加速フライホイール(142)が、第1駆動フライホイール(32)の外径(D1)よりも小さい外径(D2)を有するものとした請求項9〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載の打ち込み装置。
- 駆動フライホイール(32)と加速フライホイール(142)が、同一の駆動装置(30)によって駆動可能にした請求項9〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の打ち込み装置。
- 加速装置(40)によって、50mJから20Jまでのエネルギーを、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)に伝達するようにした請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載の打ち込み装置。
- 加速装置(40)によって、50g・m/sから3kg・m/sまでの衝撃を、前記打ち込みプランジャ(13)に伝達するようにした請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載の打ち込み装置。
