Claims (3)
- 液相焼結により得た焼結磁石の表面を酸によりエッチング処理する工程と、前記焼結磁石を焼結温度より低い温度にて真空雰囲気中で加熱すると共に、真空雰囲気中でDy及びTbの少なくとも一方を含む金属蒸発材料を加熱して蒸発させ、この蒸発した金属原子を焼結磁石表面への供給量を調節して付着させ、この付着した金属原子を、焼結磁石表面に金属蒸発材料からなる薄膜が形成される前に当該焼結磁石の結晶粒界及び/または結晶粒界相に拡散させる工程とを含むことを特徴とする永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記蒸発した金属原子の供給を、真空雰囲気中に導入した不活性ガスの分圧を調節して前記金属蒸発材料の蒸発量をコントロールして行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記酸として硝酸を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
