Description
この発明のボールねじにおいて、たとえば、前記ストッパが、前記ナットの端に取り付けられたエンドキャップに設けられたボールすくい上げ部に当たることにより前記ナットの移動を阻止するものである。
ナット(2)は円筒状をなし、ねじ軸(1)の外周に径方向に若干の隙間をあけてはめられている。ナット(2)の内周面に、おねじみぞ(5)に対応する1条のねじみぞ(めねじみぞ)(6)が形成されている。
エンドキャップ(3)は、互いに同一形状の短円筒状の環体よりなり、ナット(2)の軸方向両端面にボルト(7)などの連結具を用いて固定されている。
各エンドキャップ(3)のナット(2)側の端面に、主通路(8)と戻し通路(9)を連通させるみぞ状の方向転換路(10)が形成されている。方向転換路(10)は、ナット(2)のめねじみぞ(6)の端部に連なりかつエンドキャップ(3)の内周に沿って円周方向にのびる円弧状部分(10a)と、円弧状部分(10a)からナット(2)の戻し通路(9)の部分まで直線状にのびる直線状部分(10b)とから構成されている。方向転換路(10)の円弧状部分(10a)と直線状部分(10b)の境界部分のエンドキャップ(3)の内周に、ボール(4)をおねじみぞ(5)からすくい上げて直線状部分(10b)内に導くためのボールすくい上げ部(11)が形成されている。ボールすくい上げ部(11)は、おねじみぞ(5)内に突出している。

Claims (2)
- ねじみぞが外周面に形成されたねじ軸と、該ねじ軸が通されて該ねじ軸のねじみぞに対応するねじみぞが内周面に形成されたナットと、前記ねじ軸のねじみぞと前記ナットのねじみぞにより形成されるボール通路に配設された複数のボールとを備えているボールねじにおいて、
前記ねじ軸の端部に、前記ねじ軸より小径の小径部が一体に形成され、該小径部に、前記ナットの移動を阻止するリング状のストッパがはめ止められており、
前記小径部の外径は、前記ねじ軸のねじみぞのみぞ底径より小さく、前記ストッパの外径は、前記みぞ底径より大きく、前記ねじ軸の外径より小さいことを特徴とするボールねじ。 - 前記ストッパが、前記ナットの端に取り付けられたエンドキャップに設けられたボールすくい上げ部に当たることにより前記ナットの移動を阻止するものであることを特徴とする請求項1のボールねじ。
