Description
Claims (10)
- 1.5〜4.5重量%のアルミニウムと、
1.5〜4.5重量%のチタニウムと、
3重量%以下のニオブと、
14〜28重量%のクロムと、
10〜24重量%のコバルトと、
0.15重量%以下の炭素と、
3重量%以下のタングステンと、
0.025重量%以下のボロンと、
0.2重量%以下のジルコニウム及び/又はハフニウムと、
残部のニッケルと
からなるニッケル含有合金。 - アルミニウムとチタニウムの量の合計が、ニッケル含有合金の3〜9重量%である、請求項1記載のニッケル含有合金。
- チタニウムに対するアルミニウムの原子比が0.5〜1.5である、請求項1又は請求項2記載のニッケル含有合金。
- チタニウムとアルミニウムとニオブとの合計が、ニッケル含有合金の4.35〜12重量%である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のニッケル含有合金。
- ニッケルが、ニッケル含有合金の40〜70重量%の量で存在する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のニッケル含有合金。
- 1.6〜1.8重量%のアルミニウムと、
2.2〜2.4重量%のチタニウムと、
1.25〜1.45重量%のニオブと、
22〜23重量%のクロムと
18.5〜19.5重量%のコバルトと、
0.08〜0.12重量%の炭素と、
1.9〜2.1重量%のタングステンと、
0.002〜0.006重量%のボロンと、
0.01重量%以下のジルコニウム及び/又はハフニウムと、
残部のニッケルと
からなるニッケル含有合金。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のニッケル含有合金を鋳型に鋳込むこと、および前記鋳物を凝固させることを含む、物品の製造方法。
- さらに前記鋳物を一方向凝固させることを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のニッケル含有合金から製造されるタービン部品。
- 請求項7又は請求項8記載の方法によって製造されるタービン部品。
