Description
図1に示す積層体10は、表皮材11とポリウレタン発泡体21の積層体からなり、建築物(住宅、オフィス等)及び自動車用内装材あるいは家具用のクッション体として好適なものである。例えば建築物の内装材としては壁材等を挙げることができ、一方、自動車用内装材としては、座席、ヘッドレスト、ドアの内張等のクッション体、あるいは座席のクッション体表面を覆うクッション体カバー材等を挙げることができ、また家具用としては、椅子、ソファー、ベッド等を挙げることができる。特に自動車内は狭い空間であり、臭いが滞留し易いことから、前記積層体10の用途として自動車用内装材は極めて好ましい用途である。
ポリオール類としては、ポリウレタン発泡体に用いられる公知のポリエーテルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルエステルポリオールの何れか一つが単独で又は二以上が混合いて用いられる。

Claims (5)
- 表皮材とポリウレタン発泡体とからなる積層体において、
前記表皮材が通気性を有するものからなり、
前記ポリウレタン発泡体が、ポリオール類、ポリイソシアネート類、発泡剤、触媒及び消臭剤を含む原料を発泡させたものからなり、
前記消臭剤は、金属化合物を担持させた無機多孔質体からなり、前記金属化合物が、揮発性有機化合物を酸化、分解すると共に自身も酸化され、前記酸化、分解後に自身が水分により還元されて元の金属化合物に戻る化合物からなり、
前記表皮材と前記ポリウレタン発泡体がフレームラミネート加工により接着されていることを特徴とする積層体。 - 前記消臭剤の量が前記ポリオール類100質量部当たり5〜40質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記消臭剤の金属化合物が鉄系化合物又は銀系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の積層体。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物がアルデヒド類であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の積層体。
- 車両用内装材に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れかに記載の積層体。
