Claims (2)
- メルトブローン法で作られた平均径2μmのポリプロピレン極細繊維と厚みを出すため平均径25μmのポリエステル短繊維を一体化した不織布の表裏両面にアルミガラスクロスを積層させ、これを成形型内で加熱・冷却加圧のもとに熱溶着させる3次元成形により意図した形状の立体形状の断熱材を得るようにしたことを特徴とする断熱材製造方法。
- 芯材としてメルトブローン法で作られた平均径2μmのポリプロピレン極細繊維と厚みを出すため平均径25μmのポリエステル短繊維を一体化した不織布を用い、表裏両面の表面材としてアルミガラスクロスを用い、これらの積層物を成形型内で加熱・冷却加圧することにより熱溶着させる3次元成形により意図した形状の立体形状に一体化したことを特徴とする断熱材。
