Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス繊維2を配合した熱可塑性樹脂を用いてシート状に形成された成形基材1であって、前記成形基材1は、押し出し成形により形成されており、当該成形基材1の内部には、前記ガラス繊維2が一方向に配向性を有するように分散されている。

Claims (3)
- ガラス繊維を配合した熱可塑性樹脂を用いてシート状に形成された成形基材であって、
前記成形基材は、押し出し成形により形成されており、当該成形基材の内部には、前記ガラス繊維が一方向に配向性を有するように分散されていることを特徴とする成形基材。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂に充填材が配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形基材。
- 端部同士が溶着されている熱可塑性樹脂製の一対の板部と、前記一対の板部のうちの一方の板部を屈曲させて他方の板部側に溶着することで形成されたインテグラルヒンジと、を備える積層板であって、
少なくとも前記一方の板部が、請求項1または請求項2に記載の成形基材を用いて形成されており、
前記インテグラルヒンジは、その軸方向が前記一方の板部の前記ガラス繊維の配向方向と略平行となるように形成されていることを特徴とする積層板。
