Claims (2)
- 圧力流体が流通するインレットポート及びアウトレットポートを有する弁ボデイとハウジングとを含む弁本体部と、
前記ハウジングの内部に配設されコイルボビンに巻回されたコイルと、炭素鋼材料によって前記ハウジングと一体成形された固定コア部と、外表面に非磁性層が形成され前記コイルに対する通電作用下に前記固定コア部に吸引される可動コアとを有するソレノイド部と、
前記可動コアに連結されて該可動コアと一体的に変位する弁シャフトと、
前記弁シャフトの変位作用下に前記インレットポートと前記アウトレットポートとの連通状態と非連通状態とを切り換える弁体と、
前記弁ボデイの外周面に設けられ、半径外方向に突出する環状フランジ部と、
を備え、
前記固定コア部、前記ハウジング、前記環状フランジ部、及び、前記可動コアによって磁気回路が構成され、
前記ハウジングは、前記固定コア部を含んで一体成形された後、所定温度まで加熱された後に徐々に冷却する焼き鈍し処理が施されて前記一体成形された固定コア部とハウジングとの結合部における歪みが除去され、
さらに、前記ハウジングは、有底円筒形状を呈し、所定の肉厚によって形成された円筒部と、前記円筒部に連続して形成され前記環状フランジ部が当接する段部と、前記段部に連続し開口端に形成された薄肉円筒部とを有し、前記薄肉円筒部が前記環状フランジ部に加締められることにより、前記ハウジングと前記弁ボデイとが固定されることを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1記載の電磁アクチュエータにおいて、
前記焼き鈍し処理が施されるときに加熱される所定温度は、650℃〜750℃の範囲内に設定されることを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータ。
