Description
(実施例1)
スクロース1.25g、硫酸0.14g及びH3BO30.104gを水4mLに完全に溶解させて、均一な炭素前駆体混合物を製造した。
H3BO30.104gの代わりに、H3BO30.208gを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって実施して、ヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素を製造した。
H3BO30.104gの代わりに、H3BO30.052gを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって実施して、ヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素を製造した。
H3BO30.104gの代わりに、H3PO40.329gを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって実施して、ヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素を製造した。
H3BO30.104gの代わりに、H3PO40.165gを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって実施して、ヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素を製造した。
H3BO30.104gの代わりに、H3PO40.082gを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって実施して、ヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素を製造した。
H3BO30.104gの代わりに、H3PO40.041gを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって実施して、ヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素を製造した。
炭素前駆体混合物の製造時、H3BO3を使用しないことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって炭化処理を実施して、メソ多孔性炭素を製造した。
上記の実施例1によって得たヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素0.5gをビニールバックに入れた後、H2PtCl61.9232gを1.5mlのアセトンに溶解させた。溶液を上記のメソ多孔性炭素が入っているビニールバックに入れて混合した。
実施例1のヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の代わりに、比較例1で製造したメソ多孔性炭素に対して、実施例8と同じ方法でPtを担持させて担持触媒及び燃料電池を製造した。
Claims (7)
- 燃料電池用電極の触媒の担体として用いられるヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法であって、
(a)炭素前駆体、ヘテロ原子含有化合物、酸及び溶媒を混合して、炭素前駆体混合物を得る工程と、
(b)メソ多孔性シリカに前記炭素前駆体混合物を含浸する工程と、
(c)前記結果物を熱処理する工程と、
(d)前記結果物を炭化させる工程と、
(e)前記結果物からメソ多孔性シリカを除去する工程と、
を含み、
前記メソ多孔性炭素は、メソ気孔を有しており、
メソ気孔の平均直径は、2〜15nmであり、
比表面積は、300〜2000m2/gであり、
面抵抗は、150.8±3.0kgf/cm2の圧力条件で20〜60mΩ/cm2であり、
CuKα特性X線波長1.541Åに対するブラッグ2θ角の主ピークが、少なくとも0.5°〜1.5°に観測され、
前記ヘテロ原子含有化合物は、H 3 BO 3 、H 3 PO 4 、HBO 2 、H 2 B 4 O 7 、B 10 H 14 、Na 2 B 4 O 7 、NaBO 3 水和物、NaBO 2 水和物、BPO 4 水和物、H 3 PO 2 、NaPO 3 、Na 3 PO 4 、NaH 2 PO 2 水和物、Na 5 P 3 O 10 、Na 2 HPO 3 からなる群より選択された何れか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、ヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法。 - 前記ヘテロ原子含有化合物の含量は、前記炭素前駆体100質量部を基準として、0.5〜25質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法。
- 前記炭素前駆体は、炭水化物類、フルフリルアルコール、ジビニルベンゼン、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド、レソルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド、フェナントレン、アントラセン、ベンゼンからなる群より選択された何れか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法。
- 前記酸は、硫酸、硝酸、リン酸及びパラトルエンスルホン酸からなる群より選択された何れか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は、水、アセトン、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、n−プロピルアルコール、ブタノール、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン、テトラヒドロフラン、テトラ酢酸ブチル、n−酢酸ブチル、m−クレゾール、トルエン、エチレングリコール、γ−ブチロラクトン、ヘキサフルオロイソプロパノールからなる群より選択された何れか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法。
- 前記酸の含量は、前記炭素前駆体100質量部に対して、5〜400質量部であり、
前記溶媒の含量は、炭素前駆体100質量部に対して、100〜500質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法。 - 前記(d)に示した炭化工程に先立ち、前記(b)に示した含浸工程及び前記(c)に示した熱処理工程を、2〜10回繰り返すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘテロ原子含有のメソ多孔性炭素の製造方法。
