樹脂含浸コア紙の枚数により0.6〜1.8mmに適宜調整されるが、枚数が少なくなると化粧層との硬化収縮のバランスが劣りやすくなり、温度、湿度の影響で化粧層が反って凹面状になるといった問題があった。
表面から順に、化粧層とコア層と裏面層とが積層され、熱圧成形されてなり、
(A)前記化粧層が樹脂含浸パターン紙であり、
(B)前記コア層が、メラミンとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物と2価のポリアルキレングリコール又はこの誘導体若しくは3価以上のポリアルキレングリコール多価エーテルとを含む樹脂液が白色系繊維質基材に含浸され、乾燥された樹脂含浸コア紙複数枚であり、
(C)前記裏面層がメラミンとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物が含浸され、乾燥された樹脂含浸裏面紙であり、
(D)前記化粧層と前記裏面層の熱圧成形後におけるJIS K 6902による寸法安定性の比率が1:0.3以上1.0以下であり、
(E)前記コア層のみの熱圧成型後のJIS K6902による寸法安定性は0.5%以下であることを特徴とするメラミン化粧板
である。
また、裏面層として隠蔽性が高い樹脂含浸裏面紙を用いているため、隠蔽性が向上し、合板、パーティクルボード等の芯材の地の色が現れることがなく意匠的に見栄えのあるものとなる。
更に、前記化粧層の熱圧成形後におけるJIS K 6902による寸法安定性の比率が1:0.3以上1.0以下であり、コア層のみの熱圧成型後のJIS K6902による寸法安定性は0.5%以下とすることにより反りが抑制できる。
次いで、この変性メラミンーアセトグアナミン共縮合樹脂固形分100重量部に対して、3価以上のポリアルキレングリコール多価エーテルとして平均分子量350、水酸基価440〜480のポリプロピレングリコールグリセリルエーテルを固形分で20重量部、尿素を7.5重量部、メタノールを100重量部、硬化剤としてパラトルエンスルホン酸2重量部を配合し、無色透明なワニスを得た。
次に、灰分含有量0重量%、坪量180g/m2の晒しクラフトに数1で示す樹脂含浸率57%、揮発分7%となるように含浸、乾燥して樹脂含浸コア紙を得た。
実施例1において、樹脂含浸裏面紙を用いず、樹脂含浸コア紙を4枚、樹脂含浸パターン紙を1枚用いた以外は同様に実施した。尚、表1の裏面層の寸法安定性は一番下の樹脂含浸コア紙1枚を熱圧成型後に試験を実施した値である。
比較例1において、樹脂含浸コア紙用の樹脂液にはポリプロピレングリコールグリセリルエーテルを配合しない樹脂含浸紙を用いた以外は同様に実施した。なお、表1の裏面層の寸法安定性は一番下の樹脂含浸紙1枚を熱圧成型後に試験を実施した値である。
実施例1において、灰分8重量%、185g/m2のクラフト紙の代わりに、灰分0重量%、180g/m2の晒しクラフト紙を用いた以外は同様に実施した。
実施例1において、灰分8重量%、185g/m2のクラフト紙の代わりに、灰分50重量%、140g/m2のクラフト紙を用いた以外は同様に実施した。
実施例1において、ポリプロピレングリコールグリセリルエーテルの配合量を5重量部とした以外は同様に実施した。
実施例1において、ポリプロピレングリコールグリセリルエーテルの配合量を40重量部とした以外は同様に実施した。
成型性:132℃、70kg/cm2−64分の熱圧条件で成形し、メラミン化粧板を得る際に、良好に得られたものを○、裏面または側面より変性剤のブリードアウト(染み出し)が見られたものを×とした。
ΔEの値が2.0以下を◎、2.0〜5.0を○、5.0〜10.0を△、10.0以上を×とした。
9時間後のクラック長さが0mm〜10mmを◎、10mm〜20mmを○、20mm〜30mmを△、30mm以上または9時間経過前に貫通(約35mm長のクラック)したものを×とした。

Claims (7)
- 表面から順に、化粧層とコア層と裏面層とが積層され、熱圧成形されてなり、
(A)前記化粧層が樹脂含浸パターン紙であり、
(B)前記コア層が、メラミンとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物と2価のポリアルキレングリコール又はこの誘導体若しくは3価以上のポリアルキレングリコール多価エーテルとを含む樹脂液が白色系繊維質基材に含浸され、乾燥された樹脂含浸コア紙複数枚であり、
(C)前記裏面層がメラミンとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物が含浸され、乾燥された樹脂含浸裏面紙であり、
(D)前記化粧層と前記裏面層の熱圧成形後におけるJIS K 6902による寸法安定性の比率が1:0.3以上1.0以下であり、
(E)前記コア層のみの熱圧成型後のJIS K6902による寸法安定性は0.5%以下であることを特徴とするメラミン化粧板。 - (F)前記コア層のみの熱圧成形後のJIS K 6902による寸法安定性が縦方向0.1%以上0.3%以下、横方向0.3%以上0.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のメラミン化粧板。
- (G)前記裏面層のみを熱圧成形した後のJIS K 6902による寸法安定性が縦方向0.2%以上0.4%以下、横方向0.5%以上1.0%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のメラミン化粧板。
- 前記裏面層として用いられる繊維質基材の灰分が2〜10重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のメラミン化粧板。
- 前記コア層のみの熱圧成形後のJIS K 7136による全光線透過率が30%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のメラミン化粧板。
- 前記2価のポリアルキレングリコール又はこの誘導体の添加量が、前記縮合物の固形分100重量部に対して9〜20重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のメラミン化粧板。
- 前記3価以上のポリアルキレングリコール多価エーテルの添加量が、前記縮合物の固形分100重量部に対して13〜30重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のメラミン化粧板。
