Description
(1)制御実行毎に参照電極とアノード電極間の基準線を計測するので、通常の発電状態になるまでに遅れがある。
(2)燃料電池スタック内部に参照電極を配置する必要があるので、燃料電池スタックの構造が複雑化する。
(3)参照電極の電位が一定であることを前提としており、参照電極の電位が偏倚したときに、誤ってガス供給不足と判断して、ガス流量を増加させたり出力電流を制限してしまう。
(4)電極触媒または電解質膜のイオン導電性等の経時劣化により燃料電池セルの発電性能そのものが低下した場合、ガス供給を増加させても基準電流電圧特性に達しない場合があり、反応に寄与しないガス排出が増加するので、発電効率が低下する。

Claims (4)
- 反応ガスとして燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの供給を受けて発電する燃料電池と、
該燃料電池へ反応ガスを供給する反応ガス供給手段と、
該燃料電池の基準電流電圧特性を予め記憶する基準電流電圧特性記憶手段と、
該燃料電池の発電時の電流及び電圧を検出する出力検出手段と、
検出された電流値における前記基準電流電圧特性から求められる基準電圧値と検出された電圧値との比較に基づいて前記反応ガスの供給不整合を検出するガス供給不整合検出手段と、
前記ガス供給不整合検出手段により前記反応ガスの供給不整合が検出されたときに、前記基準電圧値と前記検出電圧値との比較結果に基づいて、反応ガス供給量を制御するガス供給制御手段と、
を備え、
前記ガス供給制御手段は、前記基準電圧値と前記検出電圧値との比較でガス供給不整合が検出された場合に、さらに、前回の検出電圧値と今回の検出電圧値との比較結果を考慮して前記反応ガス供給手段が供給する反応ガス供給量を変更する
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記基準電圧値に基づいて設定される許容電圧範囲の上限より前記検出電圧値が高い場合に、反応ガスの供給量を減少させて、前記検出電圧値が前記許容電圧範囲となるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記基準電圧値に基づいて設定される許容電圧範囲の下限より前記検出電圧値が低い場合に、前記実測電圧値が許容範囲の下限を超えるまで反応ガス供給量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 反応ガス供給量を増加させる前の前記検出電圧値から反応ガス供給量を一定量増加させた後の前記検出電圧値までの電圧上昇幅が所定値以下となった場合に、前記実測電圧値が許容範囲下限を超えていなくても反応ガス供給量を増加しないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池システム。
