Description
前記アクリル系共重合体に対して当量計算で算出される官能基比が1:1となる前記硬度調整剤の計算量に対して、質量基準で1〜60%の範囲となる量の前記硬度調整剤を含有すること、及び、
前記硬度調整剤としての単官能のグリシジル基を含有する化合物が、炭素数が4〜15のアルコールグリシジルエーテル又はフェニルグリシジルエーテルであること、
を特徴とするものである。
先ず、表1に示すアクリル系共重合体と、表3に示す硬度調整剤と、表4に示す金属水酸化物(熱伝導性充填剤)とを表5及び表6に示す割合で配合して混合攪拌して混合物を得た。次いで、前記混合物を充分に脱泡した後、前記混合物に表2に示す硬化剤(官能基として1分子中に2個以上のグリシジル基を含有する化合物)を表5及び表6に示す割合で混合攪拌し、減圧脱泡して樹脂組成物を得た。なお、前記アクリル系共重合体に対して当量計算で算出される官能基比が1:1となるような前記硬度調整剤の計算量に対する前記硬度調整剤の含有量(質量基準)を表5及び表6に示す。
ASKER−C硬度計を用いて、実施例1〜8で得られた本発明のシート状成形体及び比較例1〜7で得られた比較としてのシート状成形体の硬度測定を行った。結果を表5及び表6に示す。
迅速熱伝導率計QTM−500(京都電子工業社製)を用いて、実施例1〜8で得られた本発明のシート状成形体及び比較例1〜7で得られた比較としてのシート状成形体の熱伝導率(単位:W/mK)の測定を行った。結果を表5及び表6に示す。
先ず、実施例1〜8で得られた本発明のシート状成形体及び比較例1〜7で得られた比較としてのシート状成形体を用いて、縦4cm、横4cm、厚み1.0mmの試料をそれぞれ製造した。その後、前述のようにして得られた各試料(4cm×4cm)を、それぞれ2枚のガラス板(縦6cm、横6cm)に挟み、1kgの荷重を掛けて100℃の温度条件で100時間加熱し、試料とガラス板との間の空気層の混入状態を観測した。評価基準は下記の通りである。結果を表5及び表6に示す。
◎:空気層の混入が無い
○:空気層が極一部に混入している
△:空気層が一部有る
×:ほぼ全面に空気層が混入している。
実施例1〜8で得られた本発明のアクリル系樹脂組成物及び比較例1〜7で得られた比較としてのアクリル系樹脂組成物の加工適性を評価した。評価基準は下記の通りである。結果を表5及び表6に示す。
◎:粘度が低く混練りが可能であり、シート化も可能であった
○:粘度がやや高いが混練りが可能であり、シート化も可能であった
△:粘度が高く混練りがやや困難であり、シート化もやや困難であった
×:粘度が高く混練りが困難であり、シート化も困難であった。
Claims (2)
- 官能基としてカルボキシル基を含有するアクリル系共重合体と、硬化剤としての官能基として1分子中に2個以上のグリシジル基を含有する化合物と、硬度調整剤としての単官能のグリシジル基を含有する化合物とを含有すること、
前記アクリル系共重合体に対して当量計算で算出される官能基比が1:1となる前記硬度調整剤の計算量に対して、質量基準で1〜60%の範囲となる量の前記硬度調整剤を含有すること、及び、
前記硬度調整剤としての単官能のグリシジル基を含有する化合物が、炭素数が4〜15のアルコールグリシジルエーテル又はフェニルグリシジルエーテルであること、
を特徴とするアクリル系樹脂組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のアクリル系樹脂組成物をシート状に成形及び硬化せしめてなるものであることを特徴とするシート状成形体。
