Claims (1)
- 引張強度が850MPa以上の鋼板を筒状に成形し、鋼板端部同士を突き合わせてシーム溶接して鋼管とした後、該鋼管を拡管するにあたり、鋼管内面と拡管セグメントとの摩擦係数が0.15以上である高摩擦係数適用領域を、シーム溶接部を周方向の中央として鋼管中心角が25゜以上180゜以下の範囲とし、該高摩擦係数適用領域以外の部位における鋼管内面とセグメントとの摩擦係数を0.15未満として拡管し、シーム溶接部に生じる拡管割れ及び偏肉を防止することを特徴とする高強度溶接鋼管の製造方法。
