Claims (17)
- 製品(25)を注入部位(27)に注入する注入装置(3)のための注入補助装置(1)であって、この注入装置(3)は、注入される製品(25)を受け入れるように意図された少なくとも1つの中空の本体(2)と、前記注入部位(27)を突き刺すように意図された少なくとも1つの中空の注射針(7)と、前記本体(2)内に収容された少なくとも1つのピストン・プランジャ(26)とを備え、前記本体(2)および前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)は、互いに対して軸方向に並進運動することができる、注入補助装置(1)において、少なくとも、
前記注入部位(27)の表面と接触するように意図された少なくとも1つの支持面(5)が設けられた中空のスリーブ(4)であって、前記本体(2)を少なくとも部分的に受け入れるように意図され、かつ、少なくとも、前記針(7)が挿入長さにわたって露出されない初期位置として知られる第1の位置と、前記針(7)が所定の挿入長さLだけ露出される挿入位置として知られる第2の位置との間での本体(2)の軸方向の移動を可能にするように配置された中空のスリーブ(4)と、
少なくとも注入中に前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)に連結されるように配置された連結手段(10、76)であって、これらにかけられた末端方向の圧力を受けたとき、前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)を挿入終了位置から注入終了位置まで移動させ、かつ、注射剤を投与する連結手段(10、76)と、
少なくとも前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)および前記本体(2)を前記初期位置に維持するように配置されたスペーサ手段(8;30;59;69;81;80)と、
前記スペーサ手段(8;30;59;69;81;80)と関連付けられた解除手段(22、14、15、16;125、31;61;70、71;4)とを備え、
前記スペーサ手段(8;30;59;69;81;80)および前記解除手段(22、14、15、16;25、31;61;70、71;4)は、前記本体(2)の変位がされた後でのみ前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)の末端方向への変位ができるように配置されており、
前記本体(2)はその基端部にフランジ(6)を備え、前記スペーサ手段は、前記挿入位置において前記フランジ(6)および前記連結手段(10)に係合する少なくとも1つの偏倚タブ(59)を備え、前記タブ(59)は、前記挿入終了位置において偏倚して前記フランジ(6)から分離することによって、前記本体(2)を前記連結手段(10)から分離させ得ることを特徴とする注入補助装置(1)。 - 前記本体(2)を軸方向で末端方向に移動させ、前記中空の針(7)を前記注入部位(27)に挿入するように配置された自動挿入手段(9;53;66;76)と、
前記本体(2)を前記初期位置に保持するための保持手段(14、15、18;12、125、30、31;61、62;69、70、71;77、76)と、をさらに備え、
前記自動挿入手段(9;53;66;76)は、前記保持手段(14、15、18;12、125、30、31;61、62;69、70、71;77、76)の解放によって作動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入補助装置(1)。 - 前記連結手段は、前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)から分離される少なくとも1つのプランジャ・ロッド(10)を備え、前記プランジャ・ロッド(10)は、前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)に連結されると、末端方向に付勢されたとき、前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)を末端方向に駆動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記スペーサ手段は、前記本体(2)と前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)との間に実質的に剛性のリンクを形成し、前記解除手段(22、14、15、16;25、31;61)をトリガする前の前記本体(2)および前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)の相対的な変位を防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記解除手段(22、14、15、16;25、31;61)は、前記挿入位置が到達されたとき、前記スペーサ手段(8;30;59;69)を自動的に分離し、かつ、前記ピストン・プランジャ(26)および前記本体(2)の相対的な変位を可能にするように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 使用者側の手作業による介在なしに、前記挿入終了位置において前記連結手段(10;76)を付勢するように配置された自動注入手段(53;67;76)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記自動注入手段は、前記連結手段(10)に連結され、前記連結手段(10)を前記挿入位置から前記注入終了位置まで付勢するように意図された第1の戻り手段(53;67;76)を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記自動注入手段(53;67;76)は、前記維持手段(59;10a、69a)の解放によって作動されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記解除手段(22、14、15、16;25、31;61)をトリガすることによって、前記スペーサ手段(8;30;59;69)の分離および前記自動注入手段(53;67;76)の作動が同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項8または請求項5に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 注入後の最終保護位置において、前記針(7)を覆うように配置された最終保護手段(4;8;35、37)をさらに備え、前記最終保護手段は、前記針(7)が露出される注入位置と前記針(7)が覆われる最終保護位置との間で、前記本体(2)に対して並進運動できることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれかに記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記最終保護手段は、前記スリーブ(4)、および、前記スリーブ(4)と前記本体(2)との間に配置された中間鞘(8;35、37)から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 注入終了時に前記最終保護手段(4;8;35)を作動させるための自動作動手段(9;42;50;57;78)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記自動作動手段は、前記本体(2)を前記注入位置から前記最終保護位置まで付勢するように意図され、前記最終保護手段(4;8;35)に連結された第2の戻り手段(9;42;50;57;58)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記最終保護位置において前記最終保護手段(4;8;35)に対する前記本体(2)の並進運動を少なくとも制限するように配置されたロック手段(17;34;41;57)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれかに記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 前記自動挿入手段は、前記スリーブ(4)に連結され、かつ、前記本体(2)を前記初期位置から前記挿入位置まで付勢するように意図された第3の弾性戻り手段(9;53;66;76)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の注入補助装置(1)。
- 製品(25)を注入部位(27)に注入するための注入セット(100)であって、
注入される製品(25)を受け入れるように意図された中空の本体(2)であって、挿入ステップとして知られる第1のステップ中に注入部位(27)を突き刺し、かつ、注入ステップとして知られる第2のステップ中に前記本体(2)から前記注入部位(27)に向けて前記製品(25)を流すように意図された中空の注射針(7)が設けられた中空の本体(2)と、
前記本体(2)内にほぼ密封された形で収容され、かつ、前記針(7)を通して前記製品を押し出す前記注入ステップにおいて、移動手段によって末端方向に移動されるように意図された、少なくとも1つのピストン・プランジャ(26)と、を少なくとも備える、注入装置(3)を少なくとも備える、注入セット(100)において、
少なくとも請求項1による、前記注入装置(3)を補助するための少なくとも1つの注入補助装置(1)を備えることを特徴とする注入セット(100)。 - 使用前に組み立てられ得るキットの形態であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の注入セット(100)。
