Claims (13)
- 1MHzにおいて、少なくとも200の誘電率(K)と、0.0006以下の誘電損失(DF)を有する誘電体セラミック組成物であって、
92.49〜97.5wt%の主要成分として、
60.15〜68.2wt%のチタン酸ストロンチウム、
11.02〜23.59wt%のチタン酸カルシウム、および、
7.11〜21.32wt%のチタン酸バリウム
を含み、
2.50〜7.51wt%の微量成分として、
1.18〜3.55wt%のジルコン酸カルシウム、
0.50〜1.54wt%の三酸化ビスマス、
0.2〜0.59wt%のジルコニア、
0.02〜0.07wt%の二酸化マンガン、
0.12〜0.35wt%の酸化亜鉛、
0.12〜0.35wt%の無鉛ガラスフリット、
0.24〜0.71wt%のカオリン粘土、および、
0.12〜0.35wt%の酸化セリウム
を含むことを特徴とする誘電体セラミック組成物。 - 前記誘電体セラミック組成物を焼成して焼結体を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミック組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミック組成物から構成されたことを特徴とする広帯域UHFアンテナ。
- 請求項3に記載の広帯域UHFアンテナを有することを特徴とする電子機器。
- 1MHzにおいて、少なくとも300の誘電率(K)と、0.0005以下の誘電損失(DF)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミック組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミック組成物から構成されたことを特徴とするモノリシックセラミック部品。
- 92.49〜97.5wt%の主要成分として、
60.15〜68.2wt%のチタン酸ストロンチウム、
11.02〜23.59wt%のチタン酸カルシウム、および、
7.11〜21.32wt%のチタン酸バリウム
を含み、

を有することを特徴とするセラミック誘電体材料の製造方法。 - 前記セラミック誘電体材料を焼成する焼成処理において、該セラミック誘電体材料を焼成して焼結することで基板を生成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミック誘電体材料の製造方法。
- 前記基板を広帯域UHFアンテナに結合したことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセラミック誘電体材料の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック誘電体材料は、1MHzにおいて、少なくとも200の誘電率(K)と、0.0006以下の誘電損失(DF)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミック誘電体材料の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック誘電体材料は、1MHzにおいて、少なくとも300の誘電率(K)と、0.0005以下の誘電損失(DF)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミック誘電体材料の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック誘電体材料からモノリシックセラミック部品を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミック誘電体材料の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック誘電体材料を焼成する焼成処理は、前記セラミック誘電体材料を焼成して焼結体を形成する処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミック誘電体材料の製造方法。
