Claims (2)
- 回転可能に設けられたドラムと、このドラム内に偏心して設けられ、ドラムと逆方向に回転するロータと、前記ドラム内周面の原料入口側から排出口側にわたって取付けられたシェルライナーと、前記ロータの外周面の軸線方向に沿って複数列にわたって取付けられたロータライナーとを備え、ドラム入口から原料を投入するとともにドラム内に加水しつつ、ロータをドラムよりも速く回転させてシェルライナーとロータライナーの間隙内で原料をすりつぶし及びもみすりする破砕研磨装置を用いた汚染土壌処理方法であって、
前記複数列にわたって取付けられたロータライナーの刃部を一列置きないし複数列置きに他の刃部よりも高く形成し、これら高い刃部に対応する前記シェルライナーの刃部を他の刃部よりも低く形成し、ロータライナーとシェルライナーとの間隙を入口側から排出側に向けてジグザグ状に形成し、このシェルライナーとロータライナーとの最も狭い間隔を2〜10mmとした装置により粒径10mm以下の原料を破砕研磨する工程と、
次いで処理された原料を分級して粒径75μm〜10mmのものを洗浄して浄化製品を得る工程と、
さらに粒径75μm未満の原料を分級して30μm〜75μm未満のものを脱水して浄化製品を得る工程とを備えたことを特徴とする汚染土壌処理方法。 - 前記30μm〜75μm未満の浄化製品を得る工程において、前工程で回収されなかった75μm未満の原料を水とともに中間処理槽に貯溜し、この中間処理槽に沈殿した原料をポンプで複数台の小型分級機に送り30μm〜75μm未満に分級したものを微粒子処理槽に貯溜し、この微粒子処理槽に沈殿した原料をポンプで脱水機へ送り込んで脱水することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汚染土壌処理方法。
