Claims (8)
- 型締装置により金型を型締めする際における最大型締力よりも小さい任意の型締力を設定する射出成形機の型締力設定方法において、最大型締力から所定の大きさを順次低下させた型締力により順次型締めして試し成形を行うとともに、型締圧センサにより射出工程における型締圧を検出し、この型締圧の変化に係わる複数の異なるモニタ要素である、型締圧,型締圧の時間に対する微分値,型締圧の時間に対する減少率を監視することにより、前記型締圧が型締完了時の型締圧に対して所定のオフセット値を加えた第一閾値以上となる変化,前記微分値が所定の大きさの第二閾値以上となる変化,前記減少率が型締完了から射出充填開始までの区間で計測した型締圧の時間に対する減少率に対して所定のオフセット値を加えた所定の第三閾値以下となる変化,の少なくとも一つの変化が生じたなら当該変化が生じたときの型締力に対して所定の大きさだけ増加させた型締力を適正型締力として設定することを特徴とする射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
- 前記型締装置は、型締シリンダにより金型の型締めを行う油圧式の直圧型締装置であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
- 前記所定の大きさだけ増加させた型締力には、直前に設定した型締力を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
- 前記型締圧に係わる検出信号に対して、フィルタ処理部によりノイズを除去するフィルタリングを行うことを特徴する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
- 型締装置により金型を型締めする際における最大型締力よりも小さい任意の型締力を設定する射出成形機の型締力設定方法において、最大型締力から所定の大きさを順次低下させた型締力により順次型締めして試し成形を行うとともに、型締圧センサにより射出工程における型締圧を検出し、この型締圧の変化に係わる複数の異なるモニタ要素を監視することにより、少なくとも一つのモニタ要素に所定の閾値を越える変化が生じたなら当該変化が生じたときの型締力に対して所定の大きさだけ増加させた型締力を適正型締力として設定するとともに、前記最大型締力から順次低下させる型締力に対して、低下させる際の限界値を設定し、当該限界値に達しても前記所定の閾値を越える変化が生じないときは、前記限界値を前記適正型締力として設定することを特徴とする射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
- 前記型締装置は、型締シリンダにより金型の型締めを行う油圧式の直圧型締装置であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
- 前記所定の大きさだけ増加させた型締力には、直前に設定した型締力を用いることを特徴とする請求項5記載の射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
- 前記型締圧に係わる検出信号に対して、フィルタ処理部によりノイズを除去するフィルタリングを行うことを特徴する請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の射出成形機の型締力設定方法。
