Claims (6)
- 水溶性のZn化合物を溶解せしめて、Znイオンの生じた水溶液を、少なくとも40℃以上の液温となるように保持しつつ、かかる水溶液中にNH3 ガスを気泡形態において吹き込むことにより、チューブ状のZnO系沈殿物を析出せしめることを特徴とするZnO系ナノチューブの製造方法。
- 前記Zn化合物が、ZnCl2 であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のZnO系ナノチューブの製造方法。
- 前記Zn化合物が、前記水溶液中に、0.01mol/L以上、5mol/L以下の濃度において溶解せしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のZnO系ナノチューブの製造方法。
- 前記NH3 ガスが、前記水溶液の1L当り10mL/min〜500mL/minの割合において、吹き込まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一つに記載のZnO系ナノチューブの製造方法。
- 前記ZnO系沈殿物が、200℃以下の温度で加熱処理されることにより、ZnO含有率が85%以上に高められることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一つに記載のZnO系ナノチューブの製造方法。
- 前記加熱処理が、乾燥操作であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか一つに記載のZnO系ナノチューブの製造方法。
