また、前記スリーブ87には、前記周溝131とスプール嵌入孔87Hとを連通した複数の第1流入孔149Aが周方向に等間隔に配置して設けてあると共に、前記周溝133とスプール嵌入孔87Hとを連通した複数の第2流入孔149Bが周方向に等間隔に設けてある。この第1,第2の流入孔149A,149Bは位相を異にして配置してある。
上述のごとく第1流出口161Aと第1流出孔147Aとを接続すると、第2スプール97における第2中空室95における第2流入口63Bと第2流入孔149Bとが接続し、第2流出口161Bと第2流出孔147Bとを接続すると、第1流入口163Aと第1流入孔149Aとが接続する構成となっている。

Claims (2)
- 油圧シリンダに接続した排出ポートを備えたスリーブ内に、当該スリーブに備えたTポートに接続自在な排出側流出口及び前記排出ポートに接続自在な排出側流入口を備えた中空室を形成したスプールを回転自在に備え、前記スプールを回転して前記排出ポートの開閉を行うときに徐々に開作動、閉作動を行うために、前記排出ポートは、前記スプールの軸心に対し直交する直線に平行で、この直線から前記スプールの径方向に偏倚した直線を中心とした穴であって、その開口部の形状が、ほぼ半円形状部分とほぼ楕円形状部分とを合わせたほぼ玉子形状であることを特徴とする方向制御弁。
- バルブハウジング内に嵌入固定したスリーブに、圧力源に接続するPポート、アクチュエータへ作動流体を供給する少なくとも2つの供給ポート、上記アクチュエータからの作動流体を排出する少なくとも2つの排出ポート、及び作動流体を外部に流出するTポートを設け、前記スリーブ内に回動自在又は摺動自在に嵌入して設けたスプールに、第1中空室及び第2中空室を区画して設け、前記Pポートと前記第1中空室とを常に接続する供給側流入口及び上記第1中空室と前記各供給ポートとの接続状態を切換え自在の供給側流出口を前記スプールに設けると共に、前記第2中空室と前記各排出ポートとの接続状態を切換え自在の排出側流入口及び上記第2中空室と前記Tポートとを常に接続する排出側流出口を前記スプールに設け、かつ前記一方の供給ポートと前記供給側流出口とが接続したときに前記一方の排出ポートと前記排出側流入口とが接続し、前記他方の前記供給ポートと前記供給側流出口とが接続したときに前記他方の排出ポートと前記排出側流入口とが接続する構成となした方向制御弁において、
前記供給ポート及び前記排出ポートの少なくとも一方は、前記スプールの軸心に対し直交する直線に平行で、この直線から前記スプールの径方向に偏倚した直線を中心とした穴であることを特徴とする方向制御弁。
