Claims (11)
- 自動車用の暖房装置であって、複数の構成要素によって形成される複数の加熱用組立部分(8)を有し、加熱用組立部分(8)の各々が複数の並置された構成要素によって形成されており、それらの複数の構成要素が、複数の波形フィン(6、6’)と、これらの波形フィン(6、6’)の間に配置された2つの接触板(3、4)と、これらの接触板(3、4)の間に配置されたPTC素子(2)とを有し、複数の並置された構成要素が暖房装置(1)の一部を構成しており、流れ抵抗要素が格子要素(14)の形であり、複数の加熱用組立部分(8)と複数の格子要素(14)が暖房装置(1)に設けられており、複数の格子要素(14)の各々が複数の加熱用組立部分(8)の間に配置されており、複数の構成要素と複数の格子要素(14)を囲むために、暖房装置(1)の周りに枠(9)が配置されており、流れ抵抗要素がその枠(9)に取付けられていることを特徴とする暖房装置。
- 流れ抵抗要素がプラスチック部品または金属部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の暖房装置。
- 流れ抵抗要素が枠(9)に射出成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
- 暖房装置(1)が、断熱構成された枠(9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
- 間座(12;13)を備えた枠(9)が設けられており、これらの間座が、付設された接触板(3、4)および/または波形フィン(6)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
- 暖房装置が枠(9)の枠(9)が少なくとも2部分で構成されており、個々の要素がクリップ手段によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
- 波形フィンが2つの接触板(3、4)の外面に配置されており、2つの接触板の間に1つの加熱素子が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
- 加熱素子を介装した複数の接触板(3、4)が実質同一構造に構成されおよび/または互いに鏡像対称に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
- 接触板(3、4)及び波形フィン(6)と接触している側とは反対の側に、別の接触板(15)と、別の波形フィン(16)とが取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8記載の暖房装置。
- 暖房装置(1)が複数の独立した加熱用組立部分(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
- 格子要素14が、枠(9)と加熱用組立部分(8)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の暖房装置。
