Claims (11)
- スラブ(3)が鋳造される鋳造機(2)を有する、連続鋳造によってストリップ(1)を製造するための装置であって、前記スラブ(3)の搬送方向(F)において前記鋳造機(2)の後方には、前記スラブ(3)の少なくとも1つの表面をフライス加工できる少なくとも1つのフライス盤(4)が配置されており、前記スラブ(3)の搬送方向(F)において前記鋳造機(2)の後方には、少なくとも1つの脱スケール装置(5)が配置されている装置において、
前記フライス盤(4)と前記脱スケール装置(5)とが共通のハウジング(7)内に配置されていることによって、前記フライス盤(4)と前記脱スケール装置(5)とが一体のユニット(6)として形成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記フライス盤(4)が2つのフライス(8、9)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 脱スケール流体用の高圧ノズル(10)が前記一体のユニット(6)内において脱スケール装置(5)に所属して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 複数の高圧ノズル(10)が前記搬送方向(F)に沿って前記一体のユニット(6)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 搬送方向(F)において前記一体のユニット(6)の前方には、炉(11)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記スラブ(3)の上面および下面を加工するために、それぞれ1つのフライス(8、9)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記2つのフライス(8、9)が搬送方向(F)に互いに離間して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 各フライス(8、9)が、前記スラブ(3)の他方の側面に配置された支持ローラ(12)と協働することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 搬送方向(F)において前記一体のユニット(6)の後方には、圧延スタンドまたは圧延ライン(13、14)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記脱スケール装置(5)と前記フライス盤(4)とを選択的に交互に使用できるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記脱スケール装置(5)と前記フライス盤(4)とを同時に作動させることができるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
