Description
Claims (14)
- 減圧を生成するように動作する射出器であって、この射出器は円形状内部断面をもつシート(8)の開口部に取り付けるよう配置された回転対称の射出器本体(1)を備え、その取り付け位置において前記射出器本体の入口端部(2)が前記シートに挿入され、その出口端部(3)が前記シートの開口部の外部に突出するように構成される射出器において、前記射出器本体(1)の外周によって支持され、その本体上での軸方向変位を制限するスリーブ(26)が設けられ、この射出器本体は、前記スリーブと協働して前記シートに前記射出器を拘束する働きをし、前記スリーブは、前記スリーブが軸方向に射出器本体上で移動する際に径方向に拡張するように前記射出器本体によって付勢される円筒状のスリーブ壁(27)を有し、そして前記スリーブは、径方向に拡張されると、前記射出器本体と前記シートの間に前記スリーブを狭持する寸法の外周半径を備えることを特徴とする射出器。
- 前記射出器本体(1)は、軸方向の長さが規定され、入口端部(2)に向かうに連れて増大する半径を有し、入口端部(2)と出口端部(3)の間に位置する領域(23)と、前記領域(23)に対抗する隣接面を備え、出口端部(3)に近接して前記射出器本体の上に配置されているショルダー(24)から構成され、それにより前記スリーブが前記ショルダー(24)から前記領域(23)間で軸方向に一定の範囲で移動するように支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出器。
- 前記射出器本体上で増大する半径を有する前記領域(23)が、前記射出器本体の出口端部(3)に向かって円錐形に徐々に細くなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の射出器。
- 前記射出器の入口端部(2)に面する前記円錐状の領域の端部がリング状のシーリング部材(37)を収容するよう形成された溝(36)に隣接することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の射出器。
- 前記ショルダー(24)に隣接するスプリング部材(34)が前記射出器本体の外方側に支持され、前記スリーブ部材は、前記ショルダー(24)と前記射出器本体の外周に支えられる前記スリーブ(26)の間で作動し、且つ前記ショルダーから離れるように前記スリーブを付勢するように作動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の射出器。
- 前記ショルダー(24)が前記射出器上、または前記射出器本体に接続可能なアダプター上に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の射出器。
- 前記ショルダー(24)には前記隣接面に埋め込まれたコイルバネを収容するためのリング状の溝(35)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の射出器。
- 前記射出器本体上の真っ直ぐな円筒状の表面が、前記ショルダーと増大する径を有する前記領域の間であって、望ましくは前記ショルダー(24)に隣接して位置し、前記スリーブ(26)が前記射出器本体上で軸方向に移動するよう導くように適合させられた半径を備えることを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の射出器。
- 軸方向スロット(28)を介して分離した区分(27)へと分割される円筒状の壁を備えるスリーブ(26)を支えており、これらの区分は前記ショルダーに面する前記スリーブの端部に相互に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2から8のいずれか一項に記載の射出器。
- 前記スリーブは、前記ショルダーに面する前記スリーブの端部に形成されると共に前記射出器本体の出口端部の外側に径方向に延びるリング状のカラー(29)と、前記カラーの外周から前記射出器本体をいくらか過ぎ、前記出口端部の方向へ延びる円筒部分(30
)から構成され、取手用のグリップ(31)で終わることを特徴とする請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載の射出器。 - 前記スリーブの前記壁区分(27)が、その外方部において、前記シート壁との摩擦係合のための手段(33)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の射出器。
- 前記スリーブの前記壁区分(27)が、各壁区分の端部領域から径方向内側に延びるくさび型ヒールから成り、それぞれ、各ヒールは斜摺動面(32)から成り、前記射出器本体上で増大する径を有する前記領域(23)への前記スリーブが相対的に移動すると、前記斜摺動面の斜面による楔作用によって前記スリーブが前記射出器本体(1)と前記シート(8)の前記壁の間に固定されるように構成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の射出器。
- 回転対称の射出器本体(1)を備える射出器を、円形内部断面を備えるシート(8)に取り付けるための方法であって、取り付け位置において、前記射出器本体の入口端部(2)が前記シートに挿入され、その出口端部(3)が前記シートの開口部の外側に突出している構成において、前記射出器本体(1)を前記射出器本体の周りに支持される円筒状のスリーブ(26)と共に、前記円筒状のスリーブ(26)と前記射出器本体(1)の軸方向で、前記シートへ挿入し、径方向に前記スリーブを拡張し、前記射出器本体(1)と前記シート(8)との間で前記スリーブが固定されることにより、前記射出器本体(1)が前記シート(8)の中に固定されることを特徴とする射出器の取り付け方法。
- 前記射出器本体上に支持された前記スリーブと共に回転対称の射出器本体(1)を挿入するのに適合させた半径を有する円筒状シート(8)を形成する工程と、コイル・バネが前記出口端部に形成されたショルダー(24)に接するまで前記コイル・バネ(34)を前記射出器本体上で入口端部から出口端部に向かって通す工程と、前記スリーブがコイル・バネと係合するまで上記方向に前記スリーブを前記射出器本体上で通す工程と、一つまたはいくつかのリング状のシーリング手段(37)を前記射出器本体の外周に設ける工程と、前記スリーブを前記ショルダーに向かって、コイル・バネの力に逆らって移動させる工程と、前記スリーブが前記シートの開口部内に位置するように前記射出器本体と前記スリーブを付勢力で挿入する工程と、前記射出器本体と前記スリーブの間でコイル・バネが作動することにより、前記射出器本体を外側に引き出し、その結果として、前記射出器本体と前記シートの壁の間に固定される前記スリーブが径方向に広がることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
