Description
本発明の目的は、動物食餌中において低含量で効果的な、新規で、改良された酸性化製造物を提供することにある。
本発明によれば、これら発明の目的は、抗菌性の酸性化飼料製造物および製造方法によって達成されることが見いだされた。
この実施例は、pKa>4の有機酸の塩の水溶液を用いたコアの被覆を示す。始めに10kgの珪藻土をパスカル転倒ミキサーに取り、7.5kgのアンモニア化ギ酸(pKa=3.75)に浸漬し、次いで、なお振とうしている間に、水(0.47kg)とソルビン酸カリウム(0.47kg、ソルビン酸のpKa=4.76)の溶液を、浸漬された珪藻土上に噴霧する。
この実施例は、脂肪酸の融解物を用いてコアを被覆し、その後、pKa>4の有機酸の粉末により該コアを被覆したものを示す。
この実施例は、脂肪酸とpKa>4である有機酸との融解物を用いるコアの被覆を示す。

- コアと被覆とを含む抗菌性の酸性化飼料製造物であって、該コアは多孔性担体および少なくとも1種の酸を含み、また該被覆は少なくとも1種の有機酸または該酸の塩、エステルもしくはグリセライドを含み、コアに含まれる少なくとも1種の酸のpKa値は、被覆に含まれる少なくとも1種の有機酸のpKa値より低い製造物。
- コアに含まれる少なくとも1種の酸が、被覆に含まれる少なくとも1種の有機酸より強酸である請求項1記載の製造物。
- コアに含まれる酸のpKa値が<4である請求項1または2記載の製造物。
- 被覆に含まれる有機酸のpKa値が>4である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の製造物。
- 被覆に含まれる有機酸が、酪酸、ソルビン酸、安息香酸、アジピン酸、カプリン酸およびカパリン酸から選ばれるか、またはこれらの酸の組み合わせである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製造物。
- コアに含まれる酸が、リン酸、ギ酸、乳酸、クエン酸およびフマル酸から選ばれるか、またはこれらの酸の組み合わせである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の製造物。
- 担体を30〜60重量%の範囲内、コアに含まれる酸を10〜70重量%の範囲内および被覆中の有機酸を1〜10重量%の範囲内で、それらの合計が100重量%を超えないように含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造物。
- 被覆が、少なくとも1種の脂肪酸をさらに含む請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の製造物。
- 担体が珪藻土である請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の製造物。
- コアのpHが4未満である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の製造物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の抗菌性の酸性化飼料製造物の製造方法であって、
担体を用意すること、
該担体に、コアに含まれる少なくとも1種の酸、および被覆に含まれる少なくとも1種の有機酸の塩、該酸のエステルまたはグリセライドの水溶液を添加すること
を含み、少なくとも1種のコアに含まれる酸のpKa値は、少なくとも1種の被覆に含まれる有機酸のpKa値より低い方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の抗菌性の酸性化飼料製造物の製造方法であって、
担体を用意すること、
該担体に、コアに含まれる少なくとも1種の酸、ならびに被覆に含まれる少なくとも1種の有機酸、該酸の塩、エステルまたはグリセライドおよび少なくとも1種の脂肪酸を添加すること
を含み、少なくとも1種のコアに含まれる酸のpKa値は、少なくとも1種の被覆に含まれる有機酸のpKa値より低いものである方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の抗菌性の酸性化飼料製造物の製造方法であって、
担体を用意すること、
該担体に、被覆に含まれる少なくとも1種の有機酸または該酸の塩、エステルもしくはグリセライドの粉末を添加すること、および
液体状態にある、コアに含まれる少なくとも1種の酸を、水存在下で添加すること
を含み、少なくとも1種のコアに含まれる酸のpKa値は、少なくとも1種の被覆に含まれる有機酸のpKa値より低いものである方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の抗菌性の酸性化飼料製造物の製造方法であって、
担体を用意すること、
該担体に、被覆に含まれる少なくとも1種の固体の有機酸、エステルまたはグリセライド、および少なくとも1種のコアに含まれる液体の酸を混合することにより生成される懸濁液を添加すること
を含み、少なくとも1種のコアに含まれる酸のpKa値は、少なくとも1種の被覆に含まれる有機酸のpKa値より低いものである方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の製造物の動物飼料の保存剤としての使用。
- 動物の健康、成育および飼料利用を改善するための請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の製造物の使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の製造物ならびにビタミン類および微量ミネラル類を含むプレミックス。
