Claims (9)
- 先端にセンサ素子(5)を備えた測定プローブを保持するための浸漬管において、
該浸漬管は、スリーブ(12、112)とエンドピース(13、113)とを備えており、
前記エンドピース(13、113)は、プラグ部(10、110、210、310、410)と、コネクタ部(15、115、215)と、前記プラグ部(10、110、210、310、410)と前記コネクタ部(15、115、215)との間に設けられた防護籠部(11、111、211)とを備えており、
前記コネクタ部(15、115、215)を介して前記エンドピース(13、113)が前記スリーブ(12、113)に結合されており、また、前記コネクタ部(15、115、215)は前記防護籠部(11、111、211)の内径寸法より大きな内径寸法の大径内径部を有しており、該大径内径部の端部に円形の段部(18、118)が形成されており、
前記円形の段部は封止手段(21)を装着するための装着部としての機能を果たし、及び/または、前記円形の段部は円形の封止リップ部(27)として形成されており、
前記防護籠部(11、111、211)は前記浸漬管の長手軸方向に対して直交する方向に開口した少なくとも1つの貫通開口(16、116)を有しており、それによって、前記測定プローブの使用時に該防護籠部(11、111、211)の中に位置している前記センサ素子(5)が、前記測定対象媒体(4)と直接的に接触できるようにしてあり、
前記測定プローブの使用時に前記測定対象媒体(4)に接触する該浸漬管の全ての表面並びに角部は、滑らかで丸みが付けられており、
前記防護籠部(11、111、211)と前記プラグ部(10、110、210、310、410)との間の境界に位置している前記防護籠部(11、111、211)の内面は、外周へ向かう少なくとも1つの方向において、外周へ向かって下るように傾斜した形状とされている、
ことを特徴とする浸漬管。 - 前記スリーブ(12、112)と前記エンドピース(13、113)とは、溶接、接着剤による接合、ロウ付け、溶融材料の注入、又は溶融材料の噴霧により結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の浸漬管。
- 前記スリーブの前記エンドピース(13)に臨む側の端部(22)の外径寸法は、前記コネクタ部(15、115、215)の内径寸法と略々等しいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の浸漬管。
- 前記スリーブの前記エンドピース(13)に臨む側の端部(22)と、前記コネクタ部(115、215)に形成されている前記円形の段部とによって、封止手段を装着するための装着部が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の浸漬管。
- 前記スリーブ(12)は、前記エンドピースに臨む側の端部(19)に、前記エンドピースとは反対側の端部の内径寸法より大きな内径寸法の大径内径部を有しており、該大径内径部の内径寸法は、前記コネクタ部(15)の内径寸法と略々等しいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の浸漬管。
- 該浸漬管は、内側スリーブ(14)を備えており、該内側スリーブ(14)は、部分的に前記スリーブの端部(19)に収容され、且つ、部分的に前記コネクタ部(15)の中に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の浸漬管。
- 前記内側スリーブ(14)の前記エンドピース(13)に臨む側の端部と、前記コネクタ部(15)に形成されている前記円形の段部(18)とによって、封止手段(21)を装着するための装着部(20)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の浸漬管。
- 前記封止リップ部(27)の端縁が尖ったエッジとして形成されており、該封止リップ部(27)が、該浸漬管の中に装着された測定プローブに逃げ角α>0°で当接していることを特徴とする請求項1又は7記載の浸漬管。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項記載の浸漬管を備え、該浸漬管の中に交換可能に測定プローブが収容されていることを特徴とする測定プローブ・ハウジング。
