Description
図1は本発明のアモルファス鉄心変圧器の一実施の形態を示す縦断正面図、図2は図1のII−II線矢視から見た側面図で、これらの図1及び図2において、1は変圧器のタンクで、このタンク1の上部には後述する鉄心2とこの鉄心2に巻回した巻線3とからなる変圧器中身を出し入れ可能にする開口部を有している。4はタンク1の開口部を塞ぐ蓋体、5,6は蓋体4に設けた引出端子で、この引出端子は巻線3に接続している。
巻線3の低圧電線3aに、交流電圧を印加すると、低圧電線3aには交流電流が流れ、鉄心2内に磁束が発生する。この磁束発生により、高圧電線3bには電磁誘導作用により誘起電圧が発生する。これにより、供給された電源電圧が変圧されて出力される。

Claims (3)
- アモルファス磁性薄帯を鉄心に用いたアモルファス鉄心変圧器であって、変圧器のタンクと、前記タンク内に配置した変圧器中身と、絶縁冷却するとともに前記変圧器中身のアモルファス鉄心に接触して前記鉄心の温度上昇により前記鉄心の内部抵抗を大きくさせて前記鉄心の渦電流損を減少させるように前記タンク内に投入したシリコーン液とを備え、
前記変圧器中身は、積層した複数のアモルファス磁性薄帯で形成されたアモルファス鉄心と、層間絶縁材を介してコイル状に巻かれ、内側に位置する低圧電線と前記低圧電線の外側に層間絶縁材を介してコイル状に巻かれた高圧電線とからなる巻線と、前記巻線の被覆絶縁機能を発揮するように前記巻線の外表面の全面に設けられるとともに、前記アモルファス鉄心の中間の外表面に接触して前記アモルファス鉄心の放熱を抑制し、前記アモルファス鉄心の放熱の抑制による前記アモルファス鉄心の温度上昇により前記アモルファス鉄心の内部抵抗を大きくさせて前記アモルファス鉄心の渦電流損を減少させるプラスチック系の被覆絶縁体とを有する
ことを特徴とするアモルファス鉄心変圧器。 - 請求項1記載のアモルファス鉄心変圧器において、
前記シリコーン液の引火点は、180℃から320℃であることを特徴とするアモルファス鉄心変圧器。 - 請求項1記載のアモルファス鉄心変圧器において、
前記シリコーン液の動粘性係数は、20cStから50cStであることを特徴とするアモルファス鉄心変圧器。
