Abstract
【解決手段】外箱11は底部15に外気を採り入れるための冷却穴22を有し、外箱11の内壁と巻線14との間隔を既存の間隔より大きく保って巻線14を外箱の内部に配置し、巻線14の上部に避雷器19を設置し、巻線14の一次巻線28は既存の線径より細い線径で形成され、主絶縁部26の厚さは既存の厚さより大きい厚さとして一次巻線28と二次巻線24との絶縁距離を確保し、エンド絶縁部30と一次巻線28との間は所定の一次側端部絶縁距離h1を保って鉄心13との絶縁距離を確保し、エンド絶縁部30と二次巻線24との間は所定の二次側端部絶縁距離h2を保って鉄心13との絶縁距離を確保する。

Claims (1)
- 鉄心に巻回された巻線を外箱に収納して形成された乾式変圧器において、前記巻線は、巻芯の端部から所定の二次側端部絶縁距離を保って前記巻芯の幅より短い幅で前記巻芯に巻回された二次巻線と、前記二次巻線の巻回幅と同じ幅で前記二次巻線に巻回された耐熱絶縁材料と、前記耐熱絶縁材料の外側に前記巻芯の幅と同じ幅で既存の厚さより大きい厚さで形成された主絶縁部と、前記主絶縁部の端部から前記二次端部絶縁距離より大きい所定の一次側端部絶縁距離を保って巻回された内側耐熱絶縁材料と、前記内側耐熱絶縁材料に巻回され既存の線径より細い線径の巻線で形成された一次巻線と、前記一次巻線の巻回幅と同じ幅で前記一次巻線に巻回された外側耐熱絶縁材料と、前記鉄心の内側の前記巻芯の端部と前記主絶縁部の端部との間に橋絡して設置され前記鉄心との絶縁距離を保つエンド絶縁部とを備え、前記外箱は底部に外気を採り入れるための冷却穴を有し、前記外箱の内壁と前記巻線との間隔を既存の間隔より大きく保って前記巻線を前記外箱の内部に配置し、前記巻線の上部に避雷器を設置したことを特徴とする乾式変圧器。
