Description
ここで、多孔質樹脂製薄膜はその孔の大きさにより、また、無孔質樹脂製薄膜の場合は孔は無く吸湿性物質を含有することで親水性とすることにより、雨やその他の水は通さず、湿気(水蒸気)は通すことにより防水透湿性を有している。
これらの従来の防水透湿性布帛では、肌や内側の衣服との磨耗から防水透湿層を保護するため、裏地を縫製で取り付けたり、トリコットを防水透湿層に接着したりする方法が用いられる。しかし、これでは、縫製品としたときに重くなり動きにくいという問題があった。
また、特許文献2のように、フィルムに黒や濃いグレーの着色をすると、染料移行により外観が変化する問題は回避できるものの、織編物からなる基布を淡色にしたい場合、フィルムの色が透けてしまい、該基布の色が制限されるという問題があった。
ここで、本発明の衣類用防水透湿性布帛は、ポリエステル布帛の片面に、無色透明のポリエステルフィルムからなる防水透湿層が積層され、その上に無機微粒子を含む透湿性高分子樹脂層が全面に積層され、さらにその上に、灰色の樹脂が部分的に積層されていてもよい。
また、灰色は、L値で15〜85の範囲内であることが好ましい。
さらに、上記ポリエステル布帛としては、好ましくはポリエステルマルチフィラメントからなる織編物が挙げられる。
さらに、上記ポリエステル布帛は、好ましくは分散染料で染色されているものが挙げられる。
さらに、上記無色透明のポリエステルフィルムとしては、透湿性を有するポリエステルを主成分とする厚さが5〜30μmの透明無孔質フィルムが挙げられる。
さらに、上記透湿性高分子樹脂としては、シリカを重量比で1〜16重量%含有する半透明高分子樹脂が挙げられる。
さらに、上記灰色の樹脂としては、酸化チタンを重量比で1〜25重量%、カーボンブラックを重量比で0.1〜3.0重量%含有した高分子樹脂が挙げられる。
さらに、上記灰色の樹脂としては、さらにシリカを重量比で1〜16重量%含有した高分子樹脂であってもよい。
さらに、上記灰色の樹脂は、面積比10〜80%の範囲で防水透湿層、または無機微粒子を含む透湿性高分子樹脂層を被覆し、かつ連続的なパターンを有するものが好ましい。
さらに、布帛全体におけるポリエステルの重量比は、好ましくは50%以上である。
なお、本発明において、基布として用いられるポリエステル布帛は、その目付けが、通常、30〜900g/m2、好ましくは40〜700g/m2程度である。
上記撥水加工に用いられる撥水剤としては、パラフィン系撥水剤やポリシロキサン系撥水処理剤、フッ素系撥水処理剤などの公知のものが使用でき、その処理も一般に行われているパディング法、スプレー法などの公知の方法で行えばよい。
ポリエステル布帛が分散染料で染色されている場合、アウトドアやユニフォームなどのアウター衣料は汚れが目立ちにくい色にするほうが良いため、白色以外の色、例えば黒色、紺色、青色、緑色などで染色されていることが好ましい。
なお、上記ポリマー中には、各種安定剤、紫外線吸収剤などが必要に応じて配合されていてもよい。
得られたフィルムは、種々の方法、例えば、熱処理、ミシン掛け、あるいは、接着剤の使用により付着することができる。
また、透湿性高分子樹脂に含まれる無機微粒子は、樹脂塗布面をさらさらとべとつきの少ない手触りにするためにシリカが好適であり、重量比で1〜16重量%含有される半透明樹脂であることが好適である。ここで、無機微粒子が1重量%より小さい場合は、光沢の軽減効果が小さいものとなってしまう。また、無機微粒子が16重量%より大きい場合は、樹脂塗布面が必要以上にざらざらとしたものになってしまう。
ここで、灰色は、L値で15〜85の範囲内であることが好ましく、さらに好ましくは20〜70である。
さらに、防水透湿層(または、透湿性高分子樹脂層)に部分的に積層される樹脂には、さらにシリカを重量比で1〜16重量%含有するほうが手触りがさらさらしてより好適である。ここで、シリカが1重量%より少ないと手触りがさらさらする効果が少なく、一方、16重量%より多いと必要以上にざらざらとした手触りになってしまう。シリカの含有量は、さらに好ましくは7〜13重量%である。
なお、L値は、JIS Z8729(L*a*b*表色系およびL*u*v*表色系による物体色の表示方法)に示すL*a*b*表色系で表した。
基布として通常のポリエチレンテレフタレートマルチフィラメント仮撚捲縮加工糸84dtex/72filを経糸および緯糸に用いて緯2重織組織の生機を織成した後、撥水加工を含む通常の染色工程にて分散染料(日本化薬(株)社製、Kayalon Polyester Black
BR-SF)により黒色に染色したポリエステル織物を得た(目付100g/m2)。その後、デュポン(株)製の無孔質透湿性透明ポリエステルフィルム(商品名:アクティブレイヤー)をウレタン系接着剤でラミネーションした(フィルム16g/m2、接着剤12g/m2)。
さらに、上記防水透湿性布帛のフィルム側に、透湿性ポリウレタン系樹脂(大日本インキ化学工業社製、クリスボン8166)にシリカを固形分比で4重量%含有させた、ポリウレタン系樹脂を全面(目付7g/m2)にコーティングし、乾燥後、140℃で1分間乾熱処理し防水透湿性布帛を得た。
さらに、上記防水透湿性布帛のフィルム側に、ポリウレタン系樹脂に酸化チタンを固形分比で5重量%、カーボンブラックを固形分比で1重量%含有させた、灰色(L値32)のポリウレタン系樹脂をグラビアコーターにより4mm角の連続的な格子柄(面積比30%、目付4g/m2)をプリントし、乾燥後、140℃で1分間乾熱処理し防水透湿性布帛を得た。
得られた布帛は、肌側から見て黒色の基布が透けて、全体に光沢が抑えられ黒色に見え、その中にポリエステルフィルム上に積層された灰色の樹脂による格子柄がくっきりと見え、大変外観がよいものとなった。
また、フィルム側は、さらさらとした風合いであった。
また、ポリエステルが布帛全体の重量比83%であり、リサイクルによる効率が良いものであった。

トルエン 30重量部
MEK(メチルエチルケトン) 30重量部

ポリウレタン系樹脂 100重量部
架橋剤 4重量部
ホワイト顔料 8重量部
ブラック顔料 2重量部
平滑剤 2重量部
シリカ 4重量部
トルエン 50重量部
MEK(メチルエチルケトン) 20重量部
基布としてナイロンマルチフィラメント仮撚捲縮加工糸84dtex/72filを経糸および緯糸に用い、酸性染料(日本化薬(株)製、Kayanol
Milling Black TLB)により黒色に染色したナイロン織物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に実施した。
得られた布帛は、肌側から見て黒色の基布が透けて、全体に光沢が抑えられ黒色に見え、その中にポリエステルフィルム上に積層された白色の樹脂による格子柄がくっきりと見え、大変外観がよいものとなった。
また、フィルム側は、さらさらとした風合いであった。
しかし、ポリエステルが布帛全体の重量比12%であり、リサイクルによる効率が悪いものであった。
基布として通常のポリエチレンテレフタレートマルチフィラメント仮撚捲縮加工糸84dtex/72filを経糸および緯糸に用いて緯2重織組織の生機を織成した後、撥水加工を含む通常の染色工程にて分散染料(日本化薬(株)製、Kayalon
Polyester Blue 2R-SF)により青色に染色したポリエステル織物用い、防水透湿層として、カーボンブラックを固形分比で8重量%含有した黒色無孔質ポリエステルフィルムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に実施した。
得られた布帛は、肌側から見て全体に光沢が抑えられた黒色フィルムの中にポリエステルフィルム上に積層された白色の樹脂による格子柄がくっきりと見え、大変外観がよいものとなった。
また、フィルム側はさらさらとした風合いであった。
また、ポリエステルが布帛全体の重量比83%であり、リサイクルによる効率が良いものであった。しかし、布帛を表側から見た場合、フィルムの黒色が透けて基布の青色が濁った色になり外観が損なわれたものであった。
防水透湿層に部分的に積層された樹脂として、カーボンブラックを固形分比で5重量%含有した黒色のポリウレタン系樹脂を用いた以外は実施例1と同様に実施した。
得られた布帛は、肌側から見て無孔質透湿性透明ポリエステルフィルム上に積層された黒色の樹脂による格子柄がはっきりとはわからず、外観は変わらなかった。
また、ポリエステルが布帛全体の重量比83%であり、リサイクルによる効率は良いものではあった。
比較例3におけるプリント樹脂の組成
ポリウレタン系樹脂 100重量部
架橋剤 4重量部
ブラック顔料 10重量部
トルエン 50重量部
MEK 20重量部
防水透湿フィルム上にポリウレタン系樹脂の全面コーティング(透湿性高分子樹脂層)を施さなかった以外は実施例1と同様に実施した。
得られた布帛は、肌側から見て黒色の基布が透けて、その中にポリエステルフィルム上に積層された灰色の樹脂による格子柄がくっきりと見えるものであった。
また、フィルム側はさらさらとした風合いであった。
また、ポリエステルが布帛全体の重量比88%であり、リサイクルによる効率は良いものではあった。
Claims (12)
- 白色以外の色に染色されているポリエステル布帛の片面に、無色透明のポリエステルフィルムからなる防水透湿層が積層され、その上に灰色の樹脂が部分的に積層されていることを特徴とする衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 無色透明のポリエステルフィルムからなる防水透湿層の上に無機微粒子を含む透湿性高分子樹脂層が全面に積層され、さらにその上に、灰色の樹脂が部分的に積層されている請求項1記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 灰色がL値で15〜85の範囲内である、請求項1または2記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 上記ポリエステル布帛が、ポリエステルマルチフィラメントからなる織編物である、請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 上記ポリエステル布帛が分散染料で染色されている、請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 上記無色透明のポリエステルフィルムが、透湿性を有するポリエステルを主成分とする厚さが5〜30μmの透明無孔質フィルムである、請求項1〜5いずれかに記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 透湿性を有するポリエステルが、ポリエーテル−エステル系エラストマー、あるいは、主として結晶性芳香族ポリエステル単位からなるハードセグメントと、主として脂肪族ポリエーテル単位および/または脂肪族ポリエステル単位からなるソフトセグメントとを主たる構成成分とするポリエステルブロック共重合体である、請求項6記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 透湿性高分子樹脂が、シリカを重量比で1〜16重量%含有する半透明高分子樹脂である、請求項2〜7いずれかに記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 上記灰色の樹脂が、酸化チタンを重量比で1〜25重量%、カーボンブラックを重量比で0.1〜3.0重量%含有した高分子樹脂である、請求項1〜8いずれかに記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 上記灰色の樹脂が、さらにシリカを重量比で1〜16重量%含有した高分子樹脂である、請求項9に記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 上記灰色の樹脂が、面積比10〜80%の範囲で、防水透湿層または無機微粒子を含む透湿性高分子樹脂層を被覆し、かつ連続的なパターンを有する、請求項1〜10いずれかに記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
- 布帛全体におけるポリエステル重量比が50%以上である、請求項1〜11いずれかに記載の衣類用防水透湿性布帛。
