Description
本実施例において、キノコ栽培廃菌床を加圧熱水処理には、図1に例示した熱水流通式の装置(以下、熱水流通式装置とすることがある)を利用した。
<1> 120℃まで:約500mg(はじめの沈殿量は少ない)、
<2> 190℃:約1.5g(はじめの沈殿量は、約300mg)、
<3> 230℃:約150mg(はじめの沈殿量は少ない)。
実施例2:アルカリを用いてのキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水方法
本実施例は、実施例1と同様の装置(熱水流通式装置)および試料(マイタケを栽培したキノコ栽培廃菌床)を用い、またその工程も基本的に同じであるが、溶媒である蒸留水に0.01NのNaOHを添加した点で異なる。
実施例3:バッチ式装置を用いてのキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水処理方法
バッチ式の装置を用いて、マイタケからのキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水処理を行った。
実施例4:キノコ栽培廃菌床残渣の堆肥物としての利用
キノコ栽培廃菌床残渣の堆肥物としての効果を評価するため、キノコ栽培廃菌床残渣での植物の発芽試験を行った。具体的には、キノコの栽培廃菌床を緑化へ応用するために、畑作への施用試験を行った。
(1)供試キノコ栽培廃菌床は、マイタケ栽培後のキノコ栽培廃菌床(マイタケ栽培廃菌床)および加圧熱水処理後のマイタケ栽培廃菌床(マイタケ栽培廃菌床残渣=本発明の堆肥物);
(2)試験規模は、1種類(1m2)が3連制;
(3)試験地は、新潟市五十嵐。また、試験期間は、平成15年6月から10月;
(4)マイタケ栽培廃菌床およびマイタケ栽培廃菌床残渣を、約1ヶ月間野外に野積みした(熟成);
(5)施工は、各平方メートル(m2)当たりマイタケ栽培廃菌床10kgに対し、パーク堆肥10kgを混合し、草種として、洋芝もしくはハギ類(メドハギ/イタチハギ)の種子(新潟県法面緑化協会の播種量)を混合および攪拌し、これを敷いて転圧した;
(6)そして、各区画毎に堀取りを行い、草種別に分別後、草丈を測定した。

Claims (6)
- キノコ栽培廃菌床に、圧力0.1MPa〜5MPaで、120℃〜250℃の加圧熱水を接触させることで、β‐1,3‐グルカン、β‐1,6‐グルカン、キチン、キトサンのうちの1種または2種以上を含む抽出物を得るキノコ成分抽出工程を含むことを特徴とするキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水処理方法。
- 前記キノコ成分抽出工程の前処理として、キノコ栽培廃菌床に、圧力0.1MPa〜5MPaで、110℃〜140℃の加圧熱水と接触させて、キノコ栽培廃菌床に含まれる木質成分を除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1のキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水処理方法。
- 前記キノコ成分抽出工程は、
(1)キノコ栽培廃菌床と、圧力0.1MPa〜5MPaで、160℃以上200℃未満の加圧熱水とを接触させることでβ‐1,3‐グルカンおよび/またはβ‐1,6‐グルカンを含む抽出物を得る工程、および
(2)前記工程(1)で得られた抽出残渣と、圧力0.1MPa〜5MPaで、200℃以上230℃以下の加圧熱水とを接触させることでキチンおよび/またはキトサンを含む抽出物を得る工程
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2のキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水処理方法。 - 加圧熱水にアルカリを添加することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかのキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水処理方法。
- 請求項2のキノコ栽培廃菌床の加圧熱水処理方法によってキノコ栽培廃菌床に含まれる木質成分を除去し、キノコ栽培廃菌床を堆肥物として改変させることを特徴とする堆肥物の製造方法。
- 請求項5の堆肥物の製造方法によって製造された堆肥物。
