Claims (13)
- 駆動装置(5)によって進出可能な少なくとも1つの空気ガイド装置(3)を備え、該空気ガイド装置(3)は、最大進出位置と完全進入位置との間で少なくとも1つの別の中間位置に変位されるようになっている、自動車(1)において、
当該自動車(1)は、変位可能なサンルーフ(2)を備えており、空気ガイド装置(3)は、サンルーフ(2)の後方で自動車(1)のリア領域に設けられており、制御装置が設けられており、該制御装置は、前記空気ガイド装置(3)の空気ガイドエレメント(4)を前記サンルーフ(2)の位置に応じて作動させるように形成されていることを特徴とする、自動車。 - 前記空気ガイド装置(3)の前記駆動装置(5)は、同軸的でフレキシブルな2本の駆動軸(7,7’)を有する中央の電動モータ(6)を備えており、前記駆動軸(7,7’)は、前記電動モータ(6)とは反対側で、前記空気ガイド装置(3)の側方の変位機構(8)とそれぞれ協働するようになっている、請求項1記載の自動車。
- 前記変位機構(8)は、スピンドル伝動装置(10)を備えている、請求項2記載の自動車。
- 前記電動モータ(6)の前記駆動軸(7,7’)は、概ね車両横方向で、かつ前記スピンドル伝動装置(10)のねじ山付スピンドル(13)に対して直交方向で配置されている、請求項3記載の自動車。
- 前記変位機構(8)は、前記空気ガイド装置(3)の前記空気ガイドエレメント(4)を並進運動および回転運動で変位させるようになっている、請求項3または4記載の自動車。
- 前記空気ガイド装置(3)は、通常モードとスポーツモードとに移行されるようになっており、スポーツモードは、通常モードに対して空気ガイドエレメント(4)がより傾倒されており、通常モードは、スポーツモードよりも小さな出力を形成するか、または出力を形成しないようになっている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 前記変位機構(8)は、支持エレメント(9’)と、該支持エレメント(9’)に回動可能に支承された2本の変位レバー(11,12)とを備えており、該両変位レバー(11,12)は、前記空気ガイド装置(3)の前記空気ガイドエレメント(4)に回動可能に結合されている、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 前記両変位レバーのうちの第1の変位レバー(11)は、変位部材(14)に回動可能に結合されており、該変位部材(14)は、前記第1の変位レバー(11)とは反対側の端部で、スピンドルナット(15)に回動可能に配置されており、該スピンドルナット(15)は、前記スピンドル伝動装置(10)の作動時に並進運動で変位されるようになっている、請求項7記載の自動車。
- 前記変位機構(8)の作動によって、前記第1の変位レバー(11)が回動し、かつ前記空気ガイドエレメント(4)を介して前記第2の変位レバー(12)も回動するようになっている、請求項2を引用する請求項7または請求項8記載の自動車。
- 前記空気ガイド装置(3)は、リアスポイラとして形成されている、請求項1記載の自動車。
- 前記空気ガイド装置(3)は、サンルーフ(2)の開放状態では閉鎖状態よりも大きく進出させられる、請求項1記載の自動車。
- 前記空気ガイド装置(3)は、サンルーフの開放状態では閉鎖状態よりも大きな迎え角を占める、請求項1記載の自動車。
- 前記制御装置は、サンルーフ(2)の位置を検出する、請求項1記載の自動車。
